It was clean and comfortable, very quiet. Nice colonial house. 10 minutes to the bus station and 20 minutes to the beach.

there was nothing bad but if i were to improve something it would be the choices for breakfast and offer a little bit more of quantity and selection

the hotel was very nice the staff was very helpful and courteous they went out of there way to make sure i was safe during my travels and ordered ubers for me because i wasnt good with the language made things as easy as possible for me.

It was a great stay: the location is excellent, the staff was super helpful. The terrace is very comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. It was a great stay. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The breakfast was toast and a few pieces of cheese and ham. They charge you if you want an egg or anything else. That could definately be improved. Also the wifi didn’t work in the room, but we were out doing stuff most of the time so didn’t bother me a ton.

The location was great, quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. There is lovely terraces on the property. The food and drink menu is very expensive so we never had anything but they did have stuff available.

At night was a little bit noisy. Not sure if it was from inside or outside of the hotel.

Everything was very clean. The hotel was a Victorian style house from the 19 century. Good location and super friendly staff.

We had a negative experience with the restaurant outside on the terrace, we waited an hour for our food and it was not good. We also had no service there from the staff, we had to order over whatsapp. We never complain about food but this really wasn’t good. And it was not cheap either.I’m not sure if something happened that night but we would not recommend eating there.

It was a lovely old house and very comfortable room. The staff was very kind and attentive! The location was good and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Due to our age (late 50s) and knee problems, we did not expect so many stairs to even get to the gate of the hotel which is located on a hill. Then there are additional stairs to get to the lobby and more stairs to get to the second floor. No elevator. While room did have a window and view of the garden, Vina has lots of mosquitos so we could not open the window for a long time.

Property is located in central Vina Del Mar. Staff very attentive and friendly. When we requested a first floor room due to my knee injury, they provided one early the next day. Breakfast was brought to our room on time every morning. Staff makes effort to keep things clean and tidy. Pitchers of clean water were readily available for guests to take to their rooms so we did not need to buy bottled water.

Only thing they could have done better is the amentities part like providing decent toiletries and lighting up the toilet a bit more.

The hotel is a converted old mansion which the owners to an extent have tried to capitalize on the history but could have done better to preserve the character. MDF wardrobes and real 20th century wooden flooring don"t mix well. The service was amazing and all the staff members were really polite and you get personalised attention and they did do a fab job.

Acoustics are not great and room can be a little noisy. Room can also be very cold, but hotel provided a heater. Good to know the hotel is not directly accessible by car, you have to go up some stairs at the end of a dead-end street.

Staff was great! They gave me city tips, instructions on a map and facilitated a metro card so I wouldn't have to buy one. Breakfast was delivered on the room and was very rich! Location is good with metro nearby and 10 minutes walk to city sights such as the Flower Clock and the beach.

Loved the boutique feel of this former mansion. Spacious, clean rooms. Great customer service, quiet location near the main street, and nice breakfast.
