Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Close proximity to shopping area like next door and the metro station. Generally clean room with comfy bed and clean bathroom. There was a male receptionist conversant in English, and there no issue communicating with my simple Mandarin. Drop off is outside the main shopping district of Dongmen, so it will avoid traffic jams. Lots of food options are available like street food and proper restaurants. My go-to hotel for my yearly shopping trips to Shenzhen.

If they can improve on that aspect, I think more guests would appreciate it. They can as well add breakfast to lodging. It was almost a token. That action will further enhance the already great hospitality of the hotel.

Bangladeshthe hotel stuff of reception is not co-operate & they dont know english even i was arrived at afternoon they are taking so much time to give me the room. they want adavance money but i didnt have RMB at that time i told them to change the US doller they deny it, even they are charging high amount for my reservation room, i told them that i dont have change now i will pay you later , they deny it . at last i gave them $100 for deposit but they are harrassing me every time to pay the full money. it was very difficult to change the doller of that location. at last i gave them full money of room. the morning stuff was not good, they re not co-operate to me . they tried to charge high amount for my room, where the reservation of that hotels room price was low, first they deny it after a long discussion some one came who know english he accept the price of my room. Next time i will not stay at this hotel.
