This is a western style hotel with an impressive foyer and beautiful decor everywhere. Loved the room including a comfy bed & pillows and it had all the facilities you would expect at this type of property, even some Hollywood movies to choose from on TV. The location is very good. The hotel is above a shopping centre that offers a variety of food choices and is good for strolling around. We walked to C Future City, which is very cool. Caught taxis elsewhere and found it was pretty easy getting around. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety for all tastes.

Rooms could have been bigger for the rate. Restaurants (Dukes) quite expensive.

The concierge, Louise, was superby. I've travelled all over the world and has never encountered such a helpful, proactive and efficient concierge. He is a credit to the Langham team and improved my stay immeasurably - from helpful telephone advice when i had just crossed the Lo Wu border to booking my ticket for the ferry back to HK airport.

Breakfast on Sundays only till 10.30 and they start cleaning 10.40 the floor and making noise like to hash you out...thats not ok. Background music a bit to loud for me.

Front Desk extremely friendly and helpful. Good room service. Spacious room. Pillow selection (lavender in my case) . Bar outside nice to chill after a long day. Anytime again.

We had no complaints. My family would love to visit again.

Property is very high quality with good facilities and well furnished rooms. The decor isn’t too lavish but the hotel is modern and well maintained. I’d be very happy to stay again. The staff were fantastically helpful, especially as our Chinese language skills were very limited at the time. There are also lots of convenient shopping spots and restaurants immediately around the hotel.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive ! We particularly enjoyed our stay as the hotel offers two options for swimming pools one outdoor and one indoor . Which is great if you are traveling with children like we were . The langham shenzhen lives up to the langham name and is very well operated , the rooms were excellent and again the staff were 10/10

I had a great experience at the Langham Shenzhen. The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. Special thanks to Ashley, the Front Desk Manager who was spot on for all our needs and made us feel at home.

I wish the hotel was a little closer to a zone with more cultural events. Everything was accessible via the train or a walk. This wasn't a terrible thing but it would have made the stay a little more convenient.

The room was beautifully decorated with a marble floor entryway and bathroom. The bathtub was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture was classic and in great condition. The view from the large windows showcased the modern city with the mountains in the background.

This is something small and probably petty but I would have liked to have a drinks bar to buy drinks and snacks at the pool. The service was great but I had to wait a while to get drinks and food because it had to be prepared in the hotel on a different floor. This being said, there was always someone around to take my order or assist me.

My room was regularly cleaned and fresh towels were given. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even if there was a bit of a language barrier. The breakfast buffet was superb with many different Western and Eastern food options. The fact that there was a mall entrance from the hotel was also a big plus.
