We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is great, right in the middle of city centre but tucked in behind the busy streets. Peace and quiet! Breakfast was quite decent, specially good with more varieties on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

SingaporeThe poor service at breakfast - I stayed for 11nights and there is no butter since day 1 till the last day and there were roaches at the bakery tray and when inform the staff. She simply took a tissue paper and pick up the roach and threw it away. Breakfast spread was bad and the food is not fresh!

We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger and well-equipped room, which enhanced our overall experience. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Moreover, the staff members were kind and attentive. Furthermore, the central location of the accommodation proved to be highly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the establishment was satisfactory. Overall, our stay was good.

UkraineI booked on Booking.com. But when I checked in, they told me to pay in cash. I didn't really understand why. Because the money was debited from my account already for the number. But they said that such conditions. I did not understand, because this has never happened. You booked, the money was debited from the card and that's it. Because of this, we lost almost 2 hours during check-in. Because I could not understand why I was tired of paying again. Very strange check-in. While we were being taken, the driver hit a column in the parking lot. Since it was not clear where to go. It is not at all clear where there is an entrance to the main entrance. Only through the parking lot. Generally good. But we were very upset with the settlement because of the misunderstanding of the double payment. A day later, the payment was returned to the card. Why did this happen, we do not understand
Very good location, the room has everything, dishes, glasses, microwave, clean towels. Room for 4 was very spacious. The view from the window was just amazing. A fairly good European breakfast, there are appliances (not only Chinese sticks) Breakfast was included in the price. Comfortable beds. Although the repair was done a long time ago, it was more or less decent. But it's time to upgrade the carpets to newer ones. Luckily there were 2 bathrooms. Nearby there are many shopping centers, parks, metro, a shop 50 meters away. The very center of Guangzhou.

I arrived at about 1 am. The receptionist was waiting for me and was very friendly. After such a long flight from the UK, I really appreciated being welcomed so warmly and that everything was ready for me. Throughout my stay, all the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. I had a one-bedroom apartment, which was larger than expected and very comfortable. The hotel had thought of everything, including washing powder for the washing machine and washing up liquid for dishes. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and European. I enjoyed it. The location was great.

SingaporeThe property is having renovations now and is very dusty everywhere. Housekeeping needs Improvement and the staff at the restaurant needs to be trained as the breakfast place is not clean and tables are dirty. We have stayed 3 times and each stay is more then 10nights - this is our last try as the cleanliness is getting from bad to worst
The property is near to train station and just few steps away is all restaurants and 7/11. Staff at the reception and bellman is always friendly and ready to help
