Bathroom did not have door locks. They only give you water the first day (2 bottles for 3 people), then if you want more, you have to purchase.

Location, good breakfast, and duplex rooms are the best if you’re traveling in group.

I particularly did not like the breakfast. Everything seemed to made in small portions or like mini pancakes. mini sausages etc I also disliked that I asked 2x for someone to check the AC n my room and each time when i came back to the room, nothing was done and no one said anything to me. They had a sign that read :if your stay was more than 2 or 3 days, that the sheets would be changed" I stayed 5 days and my sheet was not changed once! The pillows I hated. Too soft and i always woke up with my neck and shoulders feeling sore.

I loved my room, although I could not enjoy the full benefits of it because an AC unit was not working. It was perfectly located and no disturbance from other rooms or outside. The pool area on the 3rd flr was very clean and nice. Not very many folks can go poolside and it overlooks the city. That was a great view. The staff were friendly enough and they were helpful especially to try and understand us English speaking guests. I also loved that upon a late arrival, someone was there to check me in @ 1:00am Loved that a mini bar was in my room also.

I would say the ac needs up grading ours kept turning off and cleanliness could’ve been better when into my room and the mini bar wasn’t restocked.

Lack of amenities for a 4-5 stars hotel. Wasn't allowed to eat breakfast inside due to ???. No complementary water bottle for use in the bathroom even though I was there 5 nights.

This hotel would be perfect if they actually stop lying about being 5 stars as per other reviews. If they update their property to a 3.5 or even 4 star they could get away with actually being a good property. No privacy in the rooms, old broken blinds mean people can see right into your room at night time, so you cant walk from bathroom to bed or lay in bed without being dressed, a cheap curtain would fix that. Shower head more than 3/4 of it didn't have any water coming out of it.

Staff members were fantastic, super helpful, attentive and willing to answer any questions. Tour person at the entrance was also great and prices were competitive and informative, worth booking your tours through them. Location was great, close enough to walk everywhere, and far enough to be away from the crazy noisy areas

The pool area was lovely, with a shady area with ceiling fans. The staff and helpful and friendly, and the rooms were large and comfortable.

The hotel is a lovely colonial style, with modern facilities. The rooftop pool and lounge area is a cool and breezy place to hang out on a hot day. The breakfast buffet has plenty to offer, and the location in Getsemaní was perfect. Some people might prefer to be in the walled city, but the area around the hotel is vibrant and fun.

Room was dark and they need to fix some lights in the bathroom. They did not replace soap or soiled towels, but staff was very attentive when we asked for anything.

These are small suggestions that I think can make a big difference: (overall - our stay was wonderful!) - Provide a way to allow guests to communicate whether or not to service our room, such as a "Do not disturb" sign to hang outside the door. - The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable for us. Providing two different kinds of pillows would be a good way to give guests variety for comfort. - When we first arrived, our rooms stayed nice and cold. However, a few days into our stay, the remotes to the A/C units were changed to what appeared to be universal remotes. I'm not sure if this was the reason but the A/C both upstairs and downstairs stopped working properly. This is a big issue in a place where the temperatures are so hot on a daily basis. We found it difficult to sleep during the second half of our stay due to A/C not functioning properly. I did report this to the front desk so hopefully it's already on the radar. - More protein options at breakfast.

Our room ( duplex) was quite outdated compared to the photos- no wardrobe or dressing table in the downstairs bedroom. Had to have all lights on as very dark unless you had the balcony doors and patio doors open.

Due to circumstances we booked only the night before arrival and ended up with a very large double bedroom suite over two levels. It was amazing. So spacious, nice beds, two bathrooms all very clean plus a balcony. The rooms and the whole building are picture perfect. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great location, close the historic center. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice.

We stayed in a duplex, I found the upstairs bedroom dark as there was no exterior window.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were all super friendly, and the location was ideal for getting around and exploring. We loved the layout of the room with the split levels, which was very convenient for kids, and the rooftop bar was a great place to end the day.
