Staff is always attentive to all of your needs/ requests. The rooms get cleaned on the daily. Pool was small but never full. Ample space around the pool with additional seating area. Common floor with couches and small terraces was amazing.

Hospitality at it’s best. Martin and the entire team at Casa del Coliseo are extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The house is gorgeous, full of details, art, books, furniture exquisitely selected. Great location, delicious breakfasts. Even though it was full, we felt like the house was just for us. The only fault I found with the property was lack of space in our specific room, If I return I will definitely upgrade to a larger space.

The staff was excellent, each and everyone of them. Any request we had was answered immediately and with a great attitude. Our room was cleaned several times during the day while out exploring this beautiful city. We found a great restaurant literally steps away, it was so good and convenient we had lunch and also dinner there our final day. We really felt safe and loved our stay here.

We would have liked a room with a balcony, the safe did not work despite their attempts to fix it. Housekeeping could have done a better job with cleaning the shower & keeping proper track of the mini bar & items in the room. The empty wine bottle & dirty glasses sat there the entire time.

The location was phenomenal! The staff was incredibly nice & helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There was always fresh water, tea & coffee available. We enjoyed the pool & loved the beautiful living room area & balcony where we could watch all the action.

The staff was professional and friendly. The entire hotel smelled great and was very clean. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the massage we booked (additional charge) helped us relax after a long morning of travel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated that the room was prepared for us to sleep when we got back in the evening. Every little detail was taken care of! I only wish we could have stayed an extra night.

Stylish and comfortable boutique in the heart of old town, sensitive and chic refurb of an old building. Warm and friendly staff who go out of the way to make your stay memorable. Lovely rooftop pool

We had a balcony and you could definitely hear the noise coming from the outside; however, this was a minor detail and the hotel provided ear plugs. I would not let this deter you, as I would still 100% stay here next time.

My stay at Casa Del Coliseo was incredible! Jhonata and the entire team were magnificent, always attentive and friendly. The place is impeccable, cozy and its architecture has a unique character. I definitely recommend staying here. Its location close to multiple places of interest is perfect. Jhonatan was attentive during our stay helping us with tours and our experience in Cartagena and Christian perfectly coordinated transportation to the airport. Also, the included breakfast was delicious and the touch of the bar with water, coffee and fruit available 24 hours a day was fantastic. An attention to detail that made my stay at Casa Del Coliseo even more pleasant.

Staff was very good, made all the dinner reservations, gave recommendations on the safe areas to go, arranged for the taxis etc. Great location in the center of old city close to the clock tower. Very quiet inside the hotel. Really good complimentary breakfast with both Columbian & western options, nice common areas with balconies

Martin and the team at the hotel were lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is excellently positioned right in the heart of the old town, near to restaurants and bars, it’s pretty noisy at night so do bring some earplugs! The hotel drawing room is gorgeous and I enjoyed relaxing there in the late afternoon.
