room was not super clean, you get used to it after a while. pool inside the breakfast area, I have not used it.

Location is excellent. Right in the mid of Cartagena old center. My room was last floor as I wanted a quite one. At the very end and very spacious one. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast nice for the money good value for money good AC, excellent Wifi and very good TV option!

No elevator and I was on the 5th floor. After a long hard day of traveling I was very tired by the time I made it to my room.

Quaint hotel with a quaint and attractive interior. I would have never guessed there was a hotel on this narrow street. You ring a bell beside a wooden door and they let you in. Michael was very accommodating. Since I had to leave before breakfast was served, he made sure I got food to carry. He also carried my heavy bags up and down the stairs.

Rooms could use a bit of redesign, on the 4th floor they appear a bit old and rusty. Shower is great.

I am reviewing this based on my stay in the basement room without windows, I am sure the other rooms are nicer. The noise from the street at night made it almost impossible to sleep, breakfast was very poor and the basement room was poor due to lack of any natural light.

The positives are great location(apart from the noise) and the staff were brilliant and friendly!

when book, it was full, so got only the first room (101) terrible room, really to avoid it. you get all the noise of cars (traffic noise outside until 3:30am) and the public toile outside the room from 5:40am) and just outside the room too is where the staff take things for cleaning so, over night you will not sleep because the cars outside, and in the morning because thing going on inside the hotel. but is also the cheapest room, that’s why. and finally breakfast is not a big deal, I rather go out and eat outside. at the end in plenty of place to eat out.

location is really good, and the staff is also very good people. friendly and smiling. the hotel in general is beautiful, the rooms after the second floor are very nice. wifi work everywhere sauf in the room 101.

Unfortunately being so central in the lively Antique City has its downside. it was almost impossible to sleep at night, the noise was nonstop up until 5 am. Ambulances, cars honking, loud music, did not let us have a restful sleep. We also found that the pool was in an awkward area and there wasn’t really space to chill around the pool. However, this was not a big deal as there’s plenty more to do in the beautiful city of Cartagena

All staff was very lovely and friendly. The colonial feel really helped to immerse ourselves in the beautiful antique city of Cartagena. Location wise, it was very central so we could walk everywhere, even to San Felipe Castle. Bedroom was also very comfortable and clean. Overall it was a good value for money.

Our room was on the 4th floor and they didnt have elevator.

Staff was very at our disposal, they helped us a lot to move around the centre and kept our bagagges the whole day when we left because we were diving at Isla Rosario. They also prepared us a breakfast to have on our way because we left early in the morning. The room had a lot of space for us two: double bed, couch, small table with 2 chairs, wardrobe and TV. Location was good, near bars and restaurants, everything in the centre is walking distance. In Conclusion, perfect price for what we payed.

Hard to find as no clear sign outside. The pool when we checked in looked dirty so we didn’t want to swim. Breakfast very average, not really worth having.

The location is great because it is in the historic center, but at night is noisy because of the night life that happens in the area.

Too many stairs to climb to our room, but the street view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was pleasantly served but rather basic.

no elevators- I didn’t check for this but since I was traveling with so many older aunts I really should have. it was fine but something to take into consideration if elevators are needed. also, you have to book the night before the breakfast time for the next day, so you only have a 15 minute window to eat, which is enough time, but if you don’t book sooner, then the good time slots are taken.

the location is perfect, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious.
