We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumMost of the staff doesn't speak english. Bedroom were dirty; hair on the shower head and on the ground, rust on the shower head. Rooms look old. The italian restaurant is really a no go with disgusting food.
Beautiful view from the 9th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly. The meat restaurant was good. Eggs and pancakes at the breakfast were good as well.

United StatesCheckin was terrible. They lost our reservation even though Booking sent it twice. Spent an hour while they searched then was told we needed to wait another hour for the people who could handle it came back from lunch. Then 2 hours later another half hour at reception. Dinner is very small portions. From 10 in the morning until evening rap or other pounding music - never different - at the beach and throughout the property.
