You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBreakfast was outstanding. The only thing we would suggest would be to advise the guests what ingredients are going to be included in the breakfast which changed everyday. For instance, some guests might be allergic to certain food items or not eat meat and others might not like milk already in their coffee. This would make it easier for the guests and the host. Everything else was great.
The property was unique, cozy and extremely clean. The owner had put a lot of thought into everything. The location was maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Jardin but it was a flat and beautiful walk. There was a excellent view from our balcony and most of the property. We loved the dogs and the cats.

Very generous, friendly and hospitable hostess who gave us lots of tips and cooked some beautiful breakfasts which were different each day which we loved (but also accommodated my boring request for plain black coffee one morning :D). We loved all the cats and dogs too. Also stunning and interesting decor to add to the wonderful location and views.

Everything was exceptional, our best stay so far in Colombia. The place is located outside of the busy center with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and rainforest. Beautiful gardens surround the hotel, with well kept flowers and trees. Friendly dogs and cats are inside the premises and never bother guests. Rooms are colorful and well decorated, very clean and taken care of daily. Breakfast is delicious and good size and the host accommodates small requests for food types/allergies. We were given great I formations about the town and surroundings together with a map. It was awesome ! A must when choosing a place to rest in Jardin. We will definitely return !

United StatesAlthough it is slightly outside of town, it’s a very quick walk and allows for beautiful views and gardens at the hospedaje.
The moment we arrived, Soley welcomed us and helped to plan out our entire time in Jardin, giving us great suggestions and helping to make reservations. The breakfasts were probably the best I’ve had at any hotel in my entire life. The place is gorgeous and I cannot recommend it enough!

I would say everything was just great. Soley was very nice and helpful, as were Guau and Gosito, the dogs. She was very kind to suggest and help organize our activities everyday. The accommodation is located 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of town or 4000 pesos tuktuk ride. The rooms are comfortable and have fantastic views. Breakfast was simply great, freshly made every morning and special mention have to be made to their coffee, not your typical coffee, but we loved it. 100% satisfied
