They had a private event at the rooftop restaurant on our last day which was quite noisy until late hours at night, since the hotel positions itself as a quiet hotel I find this to be unacceptable.

Everything, the staff, the rooms the food, all great. The rooftop restaurant was especially good with food and view.

This hotel was so great quality. I had a bath tub in my room and that was an awesome addition to the vibe of the space. The food was great for breakfast, giving local and foriegn flavours.

This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.

Some extra towels and wash cloths would have been a nice touch. We just had two shower towels. Extra hangers in the close would have also been a great addition.

The breakfast was amazing!! Fresh fruit, coffee, juices, and a different breakfast entre choice every morning. And the rooftop open air view provide a great start to the day!!

Loved everything.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, great staff, great service, great location. I felt extremely safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re traveling solo, and it’s friends, or as a couple.

There is absolutely nothing negative to report.

Everything was amazing. We appreciated how the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The hotel is beautiful, the terrace restaurant has delicious food and incredible views. We loved our room, the comfortable bed, the cozy bathtub and modern shower, as well as the view from the balcony. The area is the best in the city. The owner went out of his way to introduce us, tell us a bit about his hotel and share information with us.

Not everybody from the restautant staff was always very professional. Some of them were always very cheerfull and attentive, while others of the staff didn’t really seem to enjoy their job and were not too caring and attentive, even though there were not too many people in the restaurant. Breakfast could have been a little better. I don’t understand why not all the options are included for hotel guests and fresh (orange)juice for example is something that could make the experience a little bit more exclusive. At night it was very noisy, even with earplugs I woke up at 5 am because of the noise from the busy street. After 2 nights I moved to the other side of the building, I was hoping this would be better, but the noise was the same and the condition of this room was poor. That was a little dissapointing. Overall I enjoyed my stay, most of it was good, and the staff was helpfull and friendly.

Very nice room! I loved the spaciness, tastefull decoration and most of all the bath. The TV has a lot of options too watch. Very modern and convenient. It made me feel at home immediately. Staff was very helpfull and friendly and I loved their modern housestyle including the uniforms and sneakers that they were all wearing. A lot of details were well thought trough. I also loved the restaurant. tastfully menu, decorated, nice views and good food! Also quite ok priced.

A bit noisy on Saturday evening due to a concert next door

I pretty much loved everything 😍! Perfect location in El Poblado (Medellin), 5-10 min walk from Pablo Escobar’s museum (one of his stash houses) and full of shopping malls and restaurants on walking distance. Amazing room and rooftop restaurant & bar, good hairdresser salon on the ground floor, incredible views over Medellin, friendly and professional staff 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

My room was advertised with a bathtub however when I got there that wasn’t true. Location “ very noisy” not hotels fault. WiFi was really terrible. Upon checking out I was charged another 10.000cop which no one could tell me what for 🙄
