You can here everything that is going on outside. The cars, trucks, music at the clubs, people chatting loudly. If you like to party or does not get disturbed easily from your sleep than it's good.

It was walking distance to everything: supermarket, drugstore, subway, food, beauty shop, tattoo shop, clubs, restaurants and so on.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds, they offered me 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It shows I can pay with credit card on booking.com But when I arrived, they only accept cash. It's not clean. The room smells bad. There is hair on bathroom floor, and stain on pillow like they didn't change it. WiFi signal isn't very good at the back of corridor aisle.

Good location, just on the Carrera70, a lot of restaurants ,bar and snacks. 3 minutes walking to metro station Estadio. Really cheap. Good hot shower.

That was enough for me. Arriving for the first time in Medellin and witnessing the crowds intoxicated and angry about a socceer game loss...I was not going to expose myself by staying in that neighbourhood. My driver found another hotel for me to stay. But this hotel would not agree to a full refund. They never replied to my emails which included a letter from my driver who testified all my statements. A local person from Medellin.

Location was aweful. I arrived after a soccer game and there was like a carnival outside the hotel. For several blocks there were drunk, roudy prople. It was around midnight. I begged my driver not to leave me there. I was terrified

Very noisy till late night. The hotel does not give a safety feeling (bad locks, police came looking for something in the hotel one morning). Photos are not representative of the state of the hotel. The rooms have windows facing the corridors or on a wall as in our case, which makes air change impossible. WiFi very slow and unstable.

Two complaints. First, circa Dec 2021 there is a karaoke joint (a different company) sharing a wall with some of the rooms, including mine. It was unacceptably noisy. I left my room and checked in to another hotel at 8 pm because I couldn't stand the singing. Second, the slightly late check-in time of 3 pm was absolute. I knew this from reviews but still tried to check in early (no luck). That's policy as stated and that's fine, but the baggage holding system needs improvement. At my request the hotel took my bags for a few hours until check-in time, however the room used for holding bags is unlocked and adjacent to the lobby. Anyone can enter it without the staff being aware (they get busy/distracted), Leave your stuff at your own risk.

The room i booked was canceled somehow? When I arrived, had to book a new room even tho i had all info from booking it. Wifi is really slow. Dirty walls and areas.

The hotel is right on the strip and there lots of music and food and things to do outside your door.

Is the right place to stay in Medellín

I like because is close to everything you need, metro station, plenty of restaurants, bars, discos, very walkable day/night. Also the staff is nice and professional

The cleanliness was not appropriate (no towels after cleaning the room, no new soap and shampoo). Also, one person entered to the room to deliver a towel without knocking the door first. Finally, the walls and the roof were not clean, they need to be washed and painted again.

The noise coming from the street because of the loud music of the bars and clubs, and the poor insulation. The cleaning was not really good, for example there was a stain on the sheets.

Excellent location of the hotel (3 minutes walk from the metro station). Excellent value for money! Nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars around the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
