The street was pretty noisy the whole night. The bed was a little uncomfortable so my SO could feel all my movements. We stayed just when there were water shortages so I advice to check beforehand the city restrictions.

The bathroom was incredibly well maintained and everything looked completely clean. The attention was pretty nice, they were always alert to any kind of request. Very cheap considering its location and the view.

The mattress was too soft for us, and we suffered during the night. Everything else was good. The breakfast included is little and only two options, no vegan options.

The bed was not super comfy as the mattress was uneven on 1 side. Also they changed the towels every 2 days, which is not good cause they stay wet because of the cold weather

Location, staff, service and room size, all great. - just steps away from the Zona T, with LOT of restaurants and bars nearby but not too close so it wont let you sleep or rest. The staff was super kind, specially the lady in the breakfast, she was amazing.

Location is great if you have to be near Chapinero district, and is also nearby highways for quick transportation. Staff is always helpful and nice, rooms are really spacious (including bathroom) and is really quiet.

Bed was a little bit too soft (but this is personal preference). Also the key was a bit stuck of the door, might require maintenance. Other than that, the hotel is really great overall.

As usual with Bogota Inn hotels, the staff is very nice and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great cost/quality value and nice location.

There was not hot water in the shower, the bedsheets got hair on them, in three different rooms there was hair from previous costumers stuck to the pillows and sheets, yuck, at the end the lady in charge changed the bed sheets for me. Please change the bed sheets after every costumer, is basic hygiene.

The breakfast is very basic. It only includes one bowl of fruits, an omelette and one piece of bread. A bit more variety is needed to cater for guests with different dietary requirements.

The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. The hotel is on a quiet street, so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. The shower facilities are superb. The staff is helpful and stored our luggage after check-out and arranged us a taxi to the bus terminal. Overall it’s great value for money.

For security reasons (I think) the doors are closed all the time. Open by the receptionist by pressing an access button. I Waited 5 minutes plus for the front desk receptionist to open the door ( she was away from the desk). Entry to the hotel is available, if and when there is a hotel person present to open the door..

There is no door to their breakfast area. The noise from the staff at 5:30am and the patrons at 7:30am is ridiculous. The sound of dishes clanging and people talking resonates through the building. Water takes forever to warm up.

I was there for a whole month and boy was really noisy, even though I was switched to another room it was still noisy due to the automatic doors at lobby and elevator. Toilets don’t work properly and we had hot water issues, we spent 2 days without hot water. So disappointed that I supposed to get 10% off for 3 more weeks but still charged me the same amount I paid for the previous week.

Location it’s great ‘cause you can walk around, everything is so close, as far as the breakfast, yes a thumb up for the lady who prepares it. Lots of noice due to automatic doors at lobby and elevator.
