A few maintenance issues like backed up shower drains and poorly functioning AC.

My son loved the pools and the water slide. The staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast and lunch buffets were also excellent.

That's The place to stay in Cartagena when you have kids. They offer a variety of activities for all ages. There are more than three restaurants and the beach is just in front. Comfortable room. The air conditioning is a little noisy, but is like a white noise, good to sleep.

Don't have anything at all in mind, if something comes up, they are very prompt on solving it and very accommodating. Feel free to ask or request anything that you need.

Liked the Americas Casa de Playa better than the Towers, personnel, restaurant and pools more inviting and friendly to be and use somehow. The variety of food and quality fantastic, not boring at all!

Pool options. Beeakfast is AMAZING! beach access was nice. Staff was very kind and nice. The room was cozy and the crib helped a lot. They helped me with a laye check out which I really appreciated.

One complaint outside the hotel's responsibility: The beach is public and there is relatively aggressive selling of goods and services interfering with the quiet beach experience.

Our room had a really good view of the sea and the pool. The breakfast was very good and had variety. I arrived with an inflamed sciatic nerve and the personnel at the buffet volunteered and provided assistance immediately. Great fresh fruit and Colombian coffee . The location made it possible to get to town, to the airport quickly and cheaply on Uber. So we enjoyed the beach right outside the hotel and sightseeing with hop-on hop-off buses.

Wifi on laptop did not work on hotel room, good to know if you have work to do like I did, the hotel is so big so I’m not surprised. More TV channels would have been better but it’s a minor.

Great breakfast selection! So many pools, my 4 year old loved it. Would definitely recommend for those with children, there is plenty for them to do. Attentive and friendly staff. Hot water which is a plus and a surprise as many places in Colombia only have cold showers.

I would think more of the staff would know enlish a bit better. The first room was very damp, but we were able to change. We thought the aqua pool activity was meant to be done IN the pool not on land. So the movements were not tailored for water gymnastics.

The adult pool on top floor. The extraordinary restaurant on top floor. Great pool with lots of acitivties if you like. Close to the beach.

Slow service in restaurants

Comfortable rooms. Pools were awesome. I didn’t travel with children but there are plenty of things for children to enjoy. Location is perfect even though it’s hard to enjoy the beach with the vendors. You do hear the planes from the airport next door but that didn’t bother my stay.

Size of the property. Easy access to everything. The tower is impressive and offers quite few interesting things to do. Without tower it would be pretty average hotel. Game changer. Spa is awesome! Beach is right there with a nice smooth sand and silky water. Great food! Breakfast offers quality and variety. Staff is attentive and caring. And much more… We literally did not want to leave this place after spending one week there.

The service is quite slow so you spend a lot of time waiting for food. the quality of the food and variety is good though. The entertainment in the evening is quite loud so staying next to the main pool is not a good idea if you like quite nights. One night a guest decided to party in his room and it was so loud we could not sleep. security dealt with it and we could go back to sleep. I am Colombian so I like the music and volume but my husband is not and I know he likes quiter evenings to rest.

It is big and many pools to explore. My girls enjoyed it a lot. The proximity to the sea is also a plus.
