Cleanness could be improved - I found many long hairs on my bed and floor when I arrived for the first time in my room. Rooms, bathrooms and stairs need improvement, the furniture was very dated. The window on the last day was full of dust (see photos for details). Perhaps, I was unlucky with room 612.

The most friendly staff ever, always with a smile. It was my first time in Colômbia and one of them helped with advice on where or not to go, and what prices for some things would be fair or not on the street (e.g. água, food, etc). The laundry connected to the hotel was very helpful and delivered my clothes to the reception. WiFi and air conditioning were definitely great!

There was a day that the electricity went down. We stayed a half-day without a/c. Cartagena is very hot.

Best location if you want to stay near the old Cartagena. The staff is very nice, speak a bit of english. The brekie is ok. Nothing especial.

The bed was actually very uncomfortable, rock hard mattress. Just FYI, same as in many many hotels in the Caribbean, there is no hot water in the rooms, which is not really an issue due to the heat, but worth mentioning.

The location was great, just walking distance from main attractions and plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi throughout. There's a laundry place connected to the hotel, which is handy (and good value).

I was ok with all downsides like hotel being dated, in need of modernization, shower with no temperature control (why), but having your guys work at, and Im not kidding, 2am, walking through halls, making mess, carrying bags to rooftop above me, while at one point blasting music from phones until what I think was 4am? Are you stupid? Why the hell would you do that? Good thing I didnt have to wake up early for flight...oh right. I did.

Price is good. View is good. Location is good. They did clean rooms properly. Staff was nice.

The rooms were a little shabby and old but still comfortable for the price.

Good value, rooms had a fridge and AC worked well which was essential for the high Cartagena temps. Location was good also. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and room size was quite big.

Noisy aircondition-during the night we turned it off,as the window was vibrating because of it and was too noisy. The water pressure of the shower was poor.

It's a bit of a walk to the main bars and the beach. The surrounding area seems a bit intimidating at night. Maybe get a taxi home...

the hotel is quite old and not looked after …there is no hot water in the shower and the windows can’t close properly so you can hear the wind to whistle . the elevator can take ages sometimes to come so I had to take the regular stairs …

the propriety is well located , in the middle pf everything , even if it looks tough at night time , it is actually alright , just keep your eyes opened … well worth for the money it cost and the laundry service by the hotel is just excellent!!

The breakfast was just okay (but at least it was included!) Nice area to sit in, but the food quality was just alright. It was buffet style and they seemed understaffed, so we weren't able to get some of the items served to us.

The staff were very helpful during check-in, and patient with our limited Spanish. The room had very large windows that looked out into the city and the ocean which was a huge plus. The AC kept the room nice and cool on a hot humid day, and they also had a mini-fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

I did not like the free breakfast it is not what it says . And the person there was very rude worst part I did not speak Spanish make it even worst . They say staff. Speak Spanish it is not so . One in the reason I choose that hotel it says they speak English also. It was not so .
