Our host Davide is hands-down a Super Host. He goes out of his way to make sure your entire experience is seamless. He will do his best to fulfill any request within reason. 10/10! Our check-in experience was a breeze and we immediately felt right at home. The Apartment amenities are as described and groceries and/or food options are readily available in close proximity to the property. The location is a bit further out from the city center, but you have easy access via the MRT. We also really enjoyed our morning coffees on the terrace.

The one thing to note is that the property has a rather small hot water tank, so if there is more than one person showering you need to be quick, or better yet leave ample time in between showers so everybody gets warm water.

The location of the apartment is very comfortable - at the city centre, close to the central train station and to the bus stops for visiting the nearby cities like Matera and Alberobello. Even though we were there on the weekend, it was pretty quiet during the night. The apartment is very modern and clean. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The host and the cleaner are kind and helpful.

Anna went above and beyond when my friend was unwell and was so helpful. The room was always clean . Just what we needed and was only 5 minutes walk from the railway station and bus. About 10 minutes walk down to the town centre.

the location is the best ! only few steps from the Colosseum. The host was very helpful and responded very quick everytime we WhatsApp him. spacious apartment for a central location. there is an elevator !

heater not working properly toilet can be improved. The toilet was visually clean but there was a "urine smell" when we entered. maybe can try to clean using some type of chemicals to deep clean and get rid of such smells.

It was a shame the sun wasn't out so much but that is nobody fault! We will have to come back again. We had heating in the room and lovely hot shower so we were cosy. And blankets provided for us in the room so very comfortable.
