My air conditioner kept freezing up & we would have to shut it off for quite a while to get it to work again. It took a very long time for the water to get hot. Need more kid friendly food options. Food was pricey for what you got. I ordered the Caribbean chicken & it was more bone than meat. They need more towel racks. Wanted to be more “green” but had no where to hang bathing suits & towels to dry. We were on the first floor & could really hear the people above us walking around.

big rooms, high ceilings, extra bed. hot tub was a nice touch! view of Arenal and the gardens, wake up to birds outside. quiet but had everything. good breakfast, spa was nice, pool was great for kids and adults, and not crowded. hot springs were great and never packed. dinner was good and staff were very friendly, front desk helped with activity recommendations and booking

The hot springs are at a different location, and it is one big one only compared to others in La Fortuna, which have several hot springs options.

They greeted us with a drink, hospitality amazing, the buffet breakfast & food at both restaurants had amazing presentation & delicious, the local cocoa-coffee-sugarcane tour was great, and located on one of the best, very close to Arenal Volcano, etc.

Was expecting to see more wild animals in the hotel area and unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights and were not able to see the volcano well.

For the price we paid we expected a little more like bathrobes and a heated mirror . We felt this was a top-end price for an almost but not quite top end hotel

The view is phenomenal. The pool etc are great. We ate in two of the restaurants and the food was very good. The location is very good for getting to nearby attractions.

The cost was a bit high.

The free breakfast is great! Everyone in the family enjoyed it. The pool and hot springs were fantastic and open late, so perfect for after dinner on an active day. The views from the room were perfect- the mist even cleared enough for a full view of the volcano. The people who work here were all helpful, friendly, welcoming and professional.

Restaurant was a little like a canteen but the food was very good. Very picky point but the hot tub is great in the room but would be amazing if it was on the balcony.

The view is superb, like a Microsoft screensaver! The bird and rain forest noises are great to hear all day and night. Spa was very good too. Loved the hot pools set out in a waterfall.
