So happy I booked this place as a treat before my flight home. The pool is lovely and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Everywhere was super clean. The included breakfast was good too. Had some issues with the shower there, but the staff went out of their way to help solve the issue. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Laura, Amy and Liana. Thank you so much for making the end of my trip special.

Perfect stay when you have to fly another day Because is close to AirPort and with very friendly and helpfull personal. And It’s cosy place where you can have a relax in swimming pool or book some massage.

There were quite few mosquitos on arrival in the room so first thing we did was to kill them. But I guess that would come with the territory. No hairdryer in the room, but that was minor, as long as it is possible to get one at the reception.

Close to the SJO airport, taxi would could cost up to 10 US dollars. Beautiful grounds with nice flowers, birds, some wildlife. The breakfast was very tasty. I had no hairdryer in our room but needed it as the morning was windy and not so warm in the early hours and 1 girl from the staff just let me use hers. Very good customer service. Nice pool and sun loungers. We had our rent-a-car delivered to their car park the day before with no problem. Secure parking. Would recommend!

The bed is a little hard (but that is a personal preference) and I wish they had more pillows on the bed.

Friendly and welcoming staff with a great, simple breakfast. The price compared to other airport hotels is fantastic. I also love how the hotel has a true Costa Rica feel (compared to the bigger chain hotels). I have stayed here many time for these reasons.

Planes also leave at night, so because of the proximity to the airport you could here them. However it was not a big problem for us.

The staff was very friendly and the room was great. Air conditioning, comfy beds, clean room, delicious breakfast included and the restaurant was very delicious and not expensive. Also the Pool and Garden were very nice and an Airport transfer was included (10-15min). Would recommend this place!

The hotel grounds are rather small and there’s not much area to explore on-site.

Very convenient for the airport and with a free airport shuttle. No need to negotiate the traffic jams in/through San Jose on the day of flights and much cheaper than the hotel-chain accommodation options on the airport campus/periphery.

The restaurant was very overpriced and the food wasn't great. You are close enough to downtown alejuela that you can walk to something else or get something delivered.

This is a great spot for just before or after a flight. It's about 10 minutes from the airport and shuttles run every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The room was clean (but smelled like bleach). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice. Will probably stay here again next time I'm in CR.

Located in the flight path of San Jose airport so noisy at times. But there are few flights at night so noise then was not a problem.

Rooms are not sound proof of planes but not a big deal. The area is not walkable to restaurants but they have their own.

The room was clean and spacious, shower has hot water. Good breakfast included and ride to the airport. The pool area was nice.

Dinner was a bit pricey.

The hotel and grounds are safe and very comfortable for a family with kids. The pool table, swimming pool and colored walkway kept our kids entertained till dinner. The taxi service to the airport was excellent and it was a quick trip to the airport without traffic but when we arrived and it was rush hour it took about 25 min to get to the hotel.

The only thing I did not like was that I did not use the shuttle service because it was not available at the time I wanted to go to the airport.

The transport to the hotel back and forth I paid a taxi. Because the hotel said that they only provided the Shuttle service until 13 Hrs. The breakfast was superb, very tasty and the best coffee. The staff was kind, friendly and attentive. I will return.

The hotel is on a quiet residential side-side street, so there's not a lot to do in the area if you're on foot. Also the Google location pin points to the back of the property. So, as a result, uber, uber eats, and Google all go to the street behind the property where you can't enter from. I tried moving their Google maps pin to the correct location so this issue might be fixed now. Just be mindful of the location when going there.

We always stay here when travelling through San Jose. Great value. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Free shuttle to the airport.
