The pool was not being used and didn’t seem essential.

The staff were the best. Very helpful. Location close to the bus station was our plan and it was just what we wanted. Food was great and well presented.

The pillows were awful.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff went out of their way to accommodate individual preferences. The location coould not have been better. It was close to a lot of restaurants and just a short walk to the park. The staff was exceptional from check in through the housekeeping staff to the wait staff in the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond the perameters of their jobs to ensure customer comfort.

Bed was not comfortable. Towels were worst, when I used their towels there were small white powder and pieces on my face and body. Luckily I had my own towel which I used. Hotel must pay attention to this thing.

The air in the room was so bad, things are really old and the smell is awful.

Rooms slightly on the smaller side but with two beds it’s hard not to be.

Rooms were clean, shower was hot and with great pressure! It is on a main road but you can’t here the noise from the rooms, and the Tica bus stop is actually less then 100m away so very convenient. Staff were very attentive and friendly!

A hand towel, wash cloth, and bath mat really are necessary but not provided. Shampoo would have been nice as well.

it is by busy main road and it extremely loud even at night.

The location is close enough to walk there from the bus station and also just cross the street of s big shopping mall where Carribe shuttle stops. It was the reason why we did choose this hotel to stay. Breakfast included was very delicious.

It needs to be updated with more amenities, like a hairdryer and shampoo. The room was tiny and it was difficult to move around. Also the internet was very slow.

The bedding/pillows aren't the best, and the beds are lumpy and soft. If you sleep diagonally, its fine! It's good for a night or two, but I've paid way less for similar amenities in Latin America.

This is the perfect little motel to stay in on your way into or out of Costa Rica. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant serves GREAT food! There is a parking lot behind the building and you can just walk right into the city center where there are cool shops and cafes to visit. The rooms are currently being updated (8/21). They are spotless and have what you need for a short stay. The A/C was nice to keep the air circulating in the tiny room. The pool was nice to sit by during a lazy morning. It was exactly 18-minutes from Adobe rent-a-car, (about 15 min from the airport); and sits right at the crossroads to all that you need to get to - to enjoy Costa Rica and it's beauty! It's also worth noting that there are a few banks/ATMS, grocery stores and "fast food" places right across the street. But I still recommend the hotel restaurant! The cappuccino is perfect as well.
