The shower leaked, no internet that day (they were working on it but to no avail).

No refrigerator in room. No pool towels. Food was expensive in the restaurant. Pool got too warm in the evening.

The A/C did not work well. It was not cold enough. The light comes inside the room in the morning because the curtain does not have covers on the edges for blackout. Very basic room. I could not hang my bathing suits, either the wet cloth in any place. There are no hangers to dry the cloth. I advise the hotel to put some in the room. But, for the price I paid, I did not expect that much inside the room. So, I left very happy from my stay and I would return again.

Location is the best of this hotel. Be in front of the sea with this price is super good! Restaurant also is very nice with the view of the sea.

The restaurant is a little expensive. There are no beach chairs that belong to the hotel so you have to pay for them. There is no elevator and room was on 3rd floor with 2 small kids.

Is beach front, location is unbeatable. The price is really good and the pool areas is very nice. Sunsets there are the best. The food is really good at the restaurant.

Strange why they designed room facing back garden rather than beach. Room entrance in beach side rather than garden side which would have given view of the sea from windows. We were not fussed on Jacob itself but beach is great and very safe

The property needs to provide mini fridge in each rooms, iron and water.

I love the fact it is close by the strip like 4-5 minutes driving. There’s very easy access to the beach & store. The food & drinks were good and lastly the receptionist was helpful.

Hotel rules were a bit over the top to name an example they insist you wear a bright yellow wrist band at all times to avoid issues with security

Close to beach, reasonable walking distance to shops. Depending on where you are it is fairly quiet. Good WiFi connection

They were painting, we had to navigate workers, but they were polite, but if we were informed we would have asked for a different floor.

If I have to mention something, The menu at the restaurant was a bit limited.

I traveled with my mother. Accommodations were provided as she's a senior citizen. Staff really helpful and amicable.

We were given a room for 4 of us (#7) that felt like a jail cell, with only one window that had a wall in front of it. There were no blankets on the beds, only a sheet, and i was sleeping directly in front of the AC unit so i was freezing. It's also a shame that you don't get breakfast; that's a standard feature in most hotels in CR these days.

The hotel is right on the beach which is pretty fantastic, you open a little gate and it's right there!

The property is absolutely beautiful. I have never been this close to the beach, you can hear the sound of wave, look at the ocean just open the door. The place is clean.

The wifi was crappy! Either it was in and out, or would only give you an hour. I had work to do while there and it was VERY difficult to do. The bathroom could have also been cleaned a little better. Try “CLR” for the rust and water stains and build up.

Right on the beach, food at the bar was good, and staff were friendly.

All pool lounge chairs were broken. I wanted to sit under shade, close to the pool to be able to watch my son and every lounge chair I tried was broken, it’s a small thing but when traveling with kids, those little things make a difference.

Location was nice and quiet, on the far end of the beach.
