The children’s facilities definitely need upgrading and there’s not really any children’s entertainment

Bed/ pillows are very old and tired. The buffet was very boring and bland.

Staff were beyond helpful in particular the restaurant and guest relations staff. The hotel is in a lovely setting by the sea short walk to town.

Room felt bit oldschool, and in 1st floor rooms view to sea wasn’t the greatest. 1/3 of view was pool roof

I liked everything about my stay here. The hotel staff are super friendly and obliging. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in many a moon. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and I slept extremely well both nights. Top marks!

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t great!

The location is perfect for exploring and only a few steps from the beach. The swimming pools are excellent and very well maintained. The food was very nice.

Many small annoying things such as : wanted to grab something quickly in the restaurant that served some bites during the day but we had to wait incredibly long for our pitas and finally it arrived with french fries that were almost cold…allegedly we had to wait as they grouped some orders; similarly, I wanted to have a drink at the pool bar but gave up after a while and went up to my room and had my tonic from the minibar; airco didn’t work; we had the impression that there were too many staff in the restaurant during breakfast, all seemingly busy, sharply dressed, communicating through earphones etc but nobody really cared about us, guests eg first morning I had to take one set of cutlery from another table as we had only one set, or nobody thought of bringing us an extra cup when we said that my wife also wants to have a tea, not only a coffee….and I could continue even though we were there only two nights. Again, nothing dramatic but definitely quite some room for improvement…

- children's room schedule We came to Paphos for one day at the zoo and at the same time have a good time in the hotel and relax, I chose a hotel only with a children's club and a playroom so that we would have time to relax and keep the child occupied. The children's room was closed all day from 16.00 until 20.00, then they opened it for half an hour, and at 20.30 they asked to leave the room. This was the biggest disappointment, since the hotel doesn't have another playground where the child could play ((not even a basic slide and swing outside), instead of relaxing, we were forced to look for entertainment for the child all evening.

Great hotel, beautiful view, clean, very helpful and nice staff, great restaurants, location perfect for us (on the seafront, lots of privacy, but at the same time the hustle and bustle of the city is just a few minutes walk away on the seafront promenade). It was our first trip to Cyprus, so we travelled a lot, but I would love to come back for a lazy, creative holiday. A nice surprise for my birthday from the hotel staff - balloons, champagne, cake, it was lovely:)

Kids Club was open only from 10:30—12:30 and then 14-16. There is no playground or other attractions for children besides swimming pool (which is nice, but water was cool). Sauna area rather small and humble. The service was a bit chaotic (eg. waiting time for coffee and wine was sometimes taking 20 minutes).

Amazing location and sea view. Good choice of food and drinks. It was right after refurbishment of lobby / common areas and it looks beautiful. Pafos archaeological park is 1km from there, restaurants and cafes just 500m away. Great running paths along the sea.

The great improvement would be adding staff during the breakfast as usually we would have to wait around 20 minutes for coffee and tea. Also, changing the schedule of the kids club - so it is opened also between 4pm and 6pm. During the first day we stayed at a room with with a side sea view and it was a big disappointment. The windows were facing the parking lot and to see the sea you would have to stand with your nose right at the window. I wouldn't call it a side sea view... The room.was also pretty dark as it is north oriented. The room on the pictures on the webpage looked much better. We upgraded after the first night

We were traveling with our kid so a well organized kids club was our priority and the hotel deliver. The location was great and the view from the sea oriented rooms is superb, you can watch the sunset from your bed and the room is always full of light. We also enjoyed the variety of food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is very friendly, there is a very nice welcoming procedure including some tasty snacks and a drink.

Bathroom - the shower temperature was not consistent. One minute scalding hot / next minute cold. That's the only negative thing I could say about the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely - switched from one room to another while we were there - but the choice was outstanding. The hotel is fabulous. The staff are lovely, professional and friendly. Its a great choice.
