The hotel was very short staffed and it shows. As it was the school holidays in Cyprus it was really busy. A friend was doing am inclusive - no wrist bands to differentiate meal plans, had to sign for everything she ordered, long waits to get served. A shame as the actual hotel is lovely.

Lovely hotel, on a great beach. Away from the very busy step bit within easy access to it. Great supermarket across the street.

Rooms were very basic. Sirens bar in the pool shut too early.

Good buffet selection for breakfast and lunch. Location is very good. Hotel room was basic but clean. Essentially you're paying for the location, which was lovely.

Food was excellent, beach below the hotel has sandy shore but rocky seabed so water shoes are needed, pools are nice, the room is as described. Great hotel for vacation with young children.

The beach towels that we received every day were quite dirty, they should be cleaner. Also the extra bed for the child wasn’t very comfortable and was very small even though it’s a child bed, it should be bigger.

The service was amazing. There were a lot of varieties of different food for lunch and dinner. Almost every day it was a new lunch or dinner theme (Mexican, Chinese, Moroccan, Indian etc.). The room was clean with great facilities. The pool was great with a pool bar that was amazing. The location and whole environment is very lovely specially for families with kids. There are a lot of activities for kids and adults. Outdoor activities include: tennis, table tennis, billiards, mini golf and of course the beach. The beach is wonderful right in front of the hotel. They also have an amazing spa and indoor pool, as well as the gym. The evening program and music was wonderful and very relaxing. The hotel is well connected with Protaras center and Fig tree beach as well as Ayia Napa, Nissi, Makronissos beaches and waterworld waterpark. You can go around by the local bus or taxi.

When the staff came to clean they didnt always add shampoos and bodywash. The center of Protaras wasnt in walking diatance unless you like walking in the heat for 15 + minutes

Its in a great location. Beach in walking distance. Facilities were good. Big pools. Big breakfast and freshly done. Staff was friendly. Clean. It was our anniversary and they brought us champagne and sweets! Quiet family place.

The fact that as a big family group ( 14 people inc. children) we were not able to arrange a table for the whole family in advance, but had to negotiate the matter before each meal

Even every night had "different region food" in fact always the same oriental taste - its not my piace of cake. Also not recommend all inclusive concept, limited and not so good quality of drinks.

1) unfortunately the beach has a rocky floor before reaching the fine sand after 2-3m...but on the left hand side there is a better entrance 2) when the top floors are flushing the toilet is very noisy in the room during the night 3)for the asian evening the chef needs to attend some more asian or philipino cooking lessons....the noodles were soaked in too much soy sauce almost inedible....no chicken pieces or vegetable in it. 4)The bedside lamps are too powerful light and unstable on the wall and can hit your head. 5) The music should stop at 23 00 the latest. 6) the main pool is deepening dramatically via a slope in the middle and there is no warning for those who can not swim, there is no edge or bar you can hang. 7) the extra drinks you order at meals you have to pay for

The room was a bit small and the bathroom (especially the bathtub) was depressing. It definitely needs an upgrade. The cleaning ladies did a very superficial daily cleaning, under the bed was still sand and dirt. Even if they are a very good idea, the bunk beds looked pretty bad, they gave you a strange prison or hospital feeling... I'm sure there are many nicer looking ones. But overall, as we didn't spend so much time in the room, these aspects weren't a big issue for us.

Amazing location. The view from our room was breathtaking. The pool is great, large and deep. It has a very nice pool bar too with very good cocktails. A nice playground, very good restaurants and bars (we were in love with the Italian restaurant and with the sushi bar). Everything outside is well mantained and very clean. Honestly, we were scared after reading the bad reviews regarding the food, but everything was just fine.The breakfast is good, with lots of choices. The dinner is also good, not that many choices and it gets a bit boring if you're staying more than a week. The beaches nearby are nice. The stuff is absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially in the buffet area. We felt really welcomed. We are already planning to book a room in October, so we were definitely happy with our stay here, dispite the small inconvenients.
