The villa was clean and comfortable and well equipped with good quality appliances. There was plenty of storage space, hot water for showers and a good pool for relaxing. It was in a quiet area, only a short walk to several beaches, shops and cafes etc. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive.

Everything was perfect! The villa is located in a quiet area with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance. The villa is spacious and clean with a nice garden and private swimming pool. Inside everything is fully equipped and the WiFi connection is very good.

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

Dimitri was a great host, very accommodating and easy to reach during our stay. Generously allowed us to stay in another villa on departure day as our flight wasn't until the night time. The property had childrens equipment, such as car seats (which appeared better quality than what we rented from the car hire company), stroller and toilet seat (although this was cracked so not sure it's fit for use now). However the baby gate did fail on our visit, becoming unstuck from the banister and therefore unusable - I feel this could be upgraded as it is a matter of safety on hard stairs. We didn't explore the local area as we enjoy Protaras, so had a hire car to access that area instead, however the beach was very close and was within walking distance to restaurants. Supermarket and pharmacy also within walking distance to the villa.

Great villa for a group of friends or family, it had a great pool and all the amenities that you need to have a good time. Also the neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. Rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, the living room is big as well, has 2 sofas that are very comfortable and a big TV. There is wifi at the location and works pretty well.

We stayed for 2 weeks and could have done with a mid stay clean as there wasn’t a hoover provided and the floor got dirty quickly with our family.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to a small beach with sun beds. The water was lovely and warm and the beach was very quiet. Villa was superb with excellent facilities.

Good sized villa with air-conditioning ensuite and main bathroom with shower. Lovely pool, with sun beds. Beach is 5 minuite walk. Enough bath and beach towels.

We had a really great stay at Fotini Villas. Demetris was a brilliant host, met us at the property, left tea, coffee, beer, wine and essentials for us. The property is exceptionally clean and well presented. We come to Cyprus every year as we have family there, but haven't stayed in this area before. Excellent Wifi - a must with teenage children. Brilliant Air Con, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect Location. The property is located a short walk from Firemans Beach, which is a really nice small sandy beach, with a lovely beach bar overlooking the sea open day and evening. You would need to hire a car to go into Protaras or further afield. Lidl and various supermarkets 5 min drive away We would definitely stay again.
