It’s a very nice recently renovated apartment in the center of Protaras, close to the beach and to the bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops. Check in and check out were easy and the apartment was well equipped and regularly cleaned. All good! 👌

Super located, in the main street, close to the nicest beach Vrissaki, Supermarket, shops, restaurants, parking... Everyday cleaning and change of towels. Of course you can find some small things that were not perfect, but if you compare the price and what you get, for is it's more then 10.

The only thing that we could say could be improved in the future was the mattress. It was a little too hard for us.

The property was basic but cleaned every day, fresh towels. The apartment is definitely not 5star but for somewhere central to bars, restaurants, beach & shops. Our apartment was very quiet with double glazing & air conditioning. It was the perfect place for us.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Georgia kept us regularly informed with clear instructions prior to our arrival. The apartment was immediately available and very clean on arrival. All facilities were good and working, with plenty of hot water throughout the day and evening. The lift would be very useful for some visitors. Daily cleaning was excellent with fresh towels and linen. Georgia was always available when we had any questions. Overall, an excellent experience and I feel sure that we will return here next year.

Quite a lot of late evening noise from a nearby club, mostly kept out by the double glazing.it stopped before midnight. Frying pan and other implements needed renewing, lots of cig burns on the outside table. Zero view but that doesn't matter because Proteras is now a version of Marbella transplanted to the Eastern Med.

Great little flat at the top of the main drag, very clean, very convenient for the beach, pretty good for Proteras, in terms of value and given its location..

Maybe put in the rooms like a little door handle paper with BUSY or something like in the hotels for the cleaning lady to know when she can come in or not. Nothing wrong with her, a very nice lady, just when I travel I am in the room at random hours and she didn t know when she could go in or not. Also very nice that you change sheets and towels each day.

The only thing that could improve is lights for the corridors. At night it's very dark and hard to see the way.

Location is absolutely outstanding. Apartment itself is spot on. Communication with the apartments itself is perfect. They helped us before getting to Cyprus, then passing on numbers for Taxi, then allowing us to check out when we were ready. Highly recommended.

Maybe the kitchen could be little bit more equiped, in any case there is the minimum you need in order to cook. In addition, it was not so clear how the check-in/reception works as I have never met a person there, neither how the payment works as the second payment 50% occurred just before my staying started , instead it was written in the booking that I would have paid that upon arrival at the place.

Perfect position and price in order to stay and enjoy Protaras and around. Everything cleaned and organized. Nearby there is everything you need such as supermarkets. 5 mins from the beach. The host was very gentle in the messages, explaining very well how to arrive and enter the place, adding any important information as well as responding quickly in case you need more info/something.
