That we stayed there only for three days, as few days more would have been more then wellcomed.

The facilities were in excellent condition, new, clean, comfortable and equipped with everytnig you need, parking available in the yard of rhe building, so nothing from description was missing. The location was perfect, walk_close to the Center and Bar street but still in a calm area. We met the host only shortly at the arrival but the impression was that he was very kind and available in case of a need. So shortly said, we would deffinitely try to stay there again, if we go back to Cyprus.

Two single bed mattreses kept getting apart, poor wall insulation made it sometimes hard to sleep because of noises from the next door apartments. The property is located in the neighborhood, which did not feel very safe, especially in evenings. A broom or a wipe would have worked great during the stay if they were provided in the room.

The room was clean, recently renovated, spacious balcony. This building has a quite big inside parking space. Staff was responsive and friendly.

Stayed here for the second time - apartment is very clean and comfortable! Location is central, 10 min walk to the main bar&restaurant street. The host always open to help with any needs, will definitely return here again and again!

The only slight inconvenience was the loud noice outside until around 3am but it’s expected due to being so close to the strip, as soon as we were asleep it was fine!

The property was very modern, clean and spacious and in a perfect location for us being just a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and the strip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends and family if they were looking for someone to stay.

Hands down the BEST place in Cyprus! This place has it all: Perfectly clean rooms with comfy big beds. Amazing shower with excellent water pressure, clean and modern. Fantastic intimate and fun pool for free with a bar serving food and drinks. Prime location- two minutes walk from the center road and 10 steps from the party zone of aiya napa, while the apartment itself is completely noise isolated. Great! But above all - the most caring, kind, and attentive staff! We came here with our family (2 young kids), looking for some peace and quiet, and possibly some Aiya napa fun. Kypros, the manager was nothing short of incredible! He helped us with any question, request, and need promptly. From warm blankets for the kids, to additional (new) cooking pots. Ordered taxis for us and even spoiled our kids to some sweets every morning 😊 The kindest person ever. If you want a good time in Cyprus, this is the place to come!

Traveled here with my friend, and we're overall very happy with the stay. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. It consisted of a large bedroom, a nice bathroom and a cozy balcony. The location was really good, with everything just a short walk away.

The apartments are quiet enough for that part of island. The owner provided us with everything we asked for. The center is nearby as well as a bunch of restaurants, clubs and shops. But a car is necessary to get to the beautiful beaches, wich is great because they have excellent parking lots. We were very satisfied. We haven't used the pool because it's shared with surrounding buildings. We don't cook during our travels but if someone decides to they will not have enough tools to do it (i.e.: pots).

This is not the problem of the apartment, but of the city, because the local sewage system is very poor, you can encounter frequent toilet cloggages. Keep in mind that the apartment is near the centre, close to the party street so if you're a bad sleeper, bring earbuds with you.

Everything was as stated in the description and images, the host was very very kind and helpful, he helped us with ATV rentals and airport taxi, recommended exceptional restaurants and was always there fast to help us when we needed him. The apartment does not have its own pool, but the surrounding apartments have a common pool which you can access. I think this is much better than a private one because you can meet more wonderful people and you have a bar too.

Location was great just 1 minute from main clubbing area, but not noisy if you wanted quiet night. Terrace out the front was really nice for sitting out and eating. The host was a lovely man. He helped me to hire a car for a few days. and always stopped for a chat when passing. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wanted to stay in the area.
