The bathroom door didn't lock but that did not bother us that much, also we had 1 key for 5 people.

Great, great host, accepted our late check-in and handed in the keys. Really nice apartment with complete equipment. In a noisy city like Ayia Napa it wasn't loud at all. Highly recommended!

Mornings on the porch are a bit difficult as there is no shade and if you want to use it you will get cooked slowly at the sun. Also, for the long stays, a small clothes washing machine could help.

Cozy, comfortable apartment, situated right near the clubs strip of Ayia Napa. Location is behind other suites and looks a bit weird at first, but when you get behind the door you realize that this doesn't matter. Apartment has almost everything you need, rooms are big, beds are comfy, bathroom is also big, and AC which is indispensable in Cyprus is at your service for free (until now) in each room. 10/10 would rent again.

I didn’t know Cyprus or Aya Napa and the choice of apartments was random. It turned out that the app is in an ideal location. At the height, it is close to the "street of entertainment" with the most popular bars and it was not noisy, equally distant from two large beaches, close to public transport lines, the building is part of a small village, away from the main street. There are a couple of shops and restaurants around it. App are well equipped, new modern furniture and utensils (microwave, stove, cooking stove), freshly painted, with living room - dining room and sofa, terrace, and bedroom (hopefully the mattresses will change soon), bathroom and toilet ( first bathroom where nothing leaks or splashes from showering). The kind owner waited for us, handed us the key and showed us the apartment.

It could be noisy at night when people passing by on ATVs and motorbikes but this is how it is in Ayia Napa. Makes sense to add a couple of decent knives because we had trouble finding a good knife in local supermarkets.

Renovated apartments, good value for money, the kitchen is clean and tidy. This apartment area is mixed with tourists and locals who live here permanently. This is a good feeling when you see people taking care of surrounding territory. Just across the road, you can find a water selling machine - near Hokkaido restaurant. Our host - Simos is a great guy, responsive and hospitable. We didn't rent a car this time. Simos gave us a ride to a local supermarket several times. He also drove us to Konnos beach that is worth visiting ( it's located between Ayia Napa and Protaras ). The closest equipped beach we were visiting most of the time is Pernera beach.

There was missing things in the apartment like 4 chairs for 5 people around the dining table , kitchenware was very very minimal , no first aid box , and finding lot of ants near kitchen sink .

The apartment was clean and modern and situated in a very good area in Ayia Napa.
