Location of the hotel - close to the beach and to the city center. Clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained pool area. Excellent and versatile breakfast options. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel needs more parking space and ramp for strollers / wheelchairs for easier access to the room! We were on the ground floor but stairs were the only way to go to the room (019) . For me it wasn't a problem at all but maybe for others it'll be. So that's the Only improvement I'll suggest!

We liked everything! Cleanliness, facilities, food etc ! We'll come again soon! We had a warm welcome and an amazing experience!!!! 😁

Very minor few things which it is not a value subjects to talk about.

The property was very nice. Very good location,clean,tidy,nicely decorated and especially great range of breakfast....Parking,Wi-Fi,room fecilities...was very nice.

During our stay the path to the beach was closed as well as a tennis court.

We really liked a big room suitable for 3-4 adults or a family with a couple of kids. The renovated look of the hotel is great! Also we liked a lot breakfasts, sauna, steam bath and internal swimming pool.

Absolutely amazing. The staff and the hotel were absolutely remarkable. They even went the extra mile to treat us with wine for the birthday. The breakfast and all the facilities are excellent. I would recommend to anyone!

Not much really. The breakfast could be a bit more choices.

Excellent location, rooms offering clear view to a marina, floor to ceiling windows and long balcony. Bed is spacious and firm. Two pools as well. Staff are really friendly and courteous. Parking is also available in the hotel car park.

Food was excellent, value for money was unbelievable, but be noted it was early November, but such good value on all accounts. Bar side Cocktails good value for money.

Friendly staff, always ready to help. The beach is 200 meters from the hotel, here the entrance is rocky. If you walk 200 meters to the left to the cafe, then the entrance to the sea is sandy. Breakfast is standard, from fruits there were orange, banana, grapefruit, grapes, apple. On the first day of arrival, a free dinner or lunch is offered to choose from. Dinner includes a drink. Dinner is plentiful, but we've only been there once. The day before departure, someone borrowed our mattress without asking. When we told the girls at the reception about this, they told us that some people "lose" their phones in the lounge area by the pool. Of course it's not the fault of the staff, you can't keep track of everyone. But do not leave your belongings unattended by the outdoor pool. The room is spacious. The climate control worked well. The rule of the hotel is silence after 23. Our room was above the bar, where there were often discos, if they stayed a little longer than they were supposed to, they immediately stopped at my request.

Would be nice to have a small guide list in the room of where you can find all the facilities so you don't have to call or go up and down to the reception.

Great location. Everything was perfect the room, the breakfast was tasty, so many things to do as you can visit the gym or the spa( many thanks to the lady in the spa for excellent massage.) Hotel staff is great! Ready to help with anything and with a smile. Will definitely come back.

There is nothing I can write in this section. Everything was perfect.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, we were offered a free upgrade and a glass of lemonade whilst checking in. The room did not disappoint. Centrally positioned and facing the sea with a large balcony, sitting room, modern bathroom and comfortable bed. I had to report a leak coming from under the sink, which was dealt with immediately by the polite and courteous manager on the front desk. The food was the best I've eaten in a hotel. There was a wide selection of tasty, well cooked dishes available for Mexican night and breakfast offered hot and fresh selections from waffles and pancakes with every kind of topping through to 4 choices of yoghurt with a variety of fruit and honeycomb. Fried breakfast with fresh omelettes and porridge - literally something for everyone! I will definitely return. I just have to wait for next season
