How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room was perfect and even better than my expectation. It is a bathroom was the bath and the shower. The room was quite big, so I feel very comfortable. The bonus for me was that it was also included bathrobe and slippers. Definitely will stay here in future and hope for the longer time.

The room does not have any tea/coffee making facilities.
Very nice, modern hotel perfectly located near a metro station and a big tram intersection. Loads of great cafés, convenient stores, a huge shopping mall and good restaurants.

Happy Hour at the Executive Hub was not available this time. I was looking forward to that. The room was also very warm.
Customer service is impeccable. The food options in the morning are amazing.

The hotel was superb especially in relation to the price. I was amazed at the quality of the hotel in such a central location which was great for getting around Prague

No kettle & hairdryer available in the room
My room was impeccable - very clean, everything comfortable, can’t fault anything in this sense. The hotel is modern and given the fact how close it is to a busy street, it was wonderfully quiet! Also, they have the kindest and nicest housekeepers, it was lovely to talk to them.

Good hotel in general, the staff is nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are good and clean, what you would expect from the Wyndham standard. The location is easy to get to via public transportation, and there are many services near.

Room - too noisy HVAC system >> please check rotors (I'm an engineer ;) ), quite uncomfortaible is a lack of a buttom to start running exchoist air in bathroom
Breakfast - good selection of dishes, friendly service, perfect home-made dishes (kombucha), perfect hot chocolate. Room - nicely finished, I liked the diffused day light in the bathroom. Location - very good to reach places we would like to visit.

Poor air conditioning. Was a bit too hot in a room even though the he fan was on max speed and the lowest temperature. Fridge was on, but not cold at all. But we didn’t really have a need in it.
Perfect location, great infrastructure around, friendly stuff, clean rooms, coffee, tea and water available. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Section for vegetarians, asian food, kefir and kombucha for gut health, plus a lot of excellent more traditional food. The room was comfortable and quiet as I had asked for.

I found it ridiculous that I had to pay a deposit of 3000 kc. up front for the mini bar (which I did not use) and now 24 hours later I have not gotten it back. I trust I will get it back so that´s not the issue. The issue is that this is money I needed for something else while in Prague and this was quite an inconvenience. It was too hot in the room during the night and not possible to turn on the air conditioning because it was only early April.
I liked the room and facilities a lot and the location is great
