One thing that would have made this place just a little bit better would be to be told that all appliances were unplugged. When we arrived everything was unplugged (very understandable) but we did not know how to turn on the appliances or how to plug them in.

I loved how the owners gave me detailed instructions about how to get the keys and maintain security. We loved the facilities provided for us and had a lovely time in the apartment as it had a lot of room to play games and eat as a group.

Our apartment was nicely renovated, everything was perfectly clean and there were a lot of appliances that provided for a comfortable stay. The town is very small but thanks to the parking going around by car is very convinient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The check-in procedure was well described and easy to follow. Public free-of-charge parking is available directly in front of the house and we never had a problem finding a spot. City centre is within 5min walking distance. The appartment we got was not on the street side and was very quiet in the night. The ammenties are quite basic, but functional - we did not really miss much. There is a separate room in the building for bicycles which is a plus we will keep in mind if we decide to stay in Turnov again. The owner was quickly responding to all of our questions and the communication was very polite and helpful.

If you are couple staying in the room, there is just one armchair so only one of you will be able to sit. And there is no bedsite table and no lamp by the bed, which can be tricky. Also not sure how the space for hanging cloths would work for couple, for solo traveler, it was fine. Also apart from Tesco Express, if you plan to cook, count that Penny, Lidl and Kaufland are all about 15 to 20minutes away one way on foot, depending on how fast you are walking. But on way from the train stop Turnov Město, so I went for top up shop on way home after trip.

I could arrive at whatever time I wanted to after the checkin time. The keys were pretty easy to find, but ensure you have the codes handy. The room was spacious enough and facing garden. The welcome drink was pleasant surprise and welcomed one. The kitchen is small, but you have everything you need for simple meals, do not expect to be able to cook anything fancy. Bed is comfortable and you get everything you need for the stay.

The were still some hairs on the floor and the electric stove didn't work well and burn food easily(it heats up/turn on every 5 seconds to maintain temperature). These were the only two downsides to our stay this lovely appartement.

The appartement was great and had all the amenities. It was mostly neatly kept and the was a fridge, microwave and good shower. It was sill pretty cool inside and we could open a window.

For whatever reason there is no shower curtain. The 'shower' is a small bathtub (as you can see in the pictures), which is set between two walls, so it would be no problem to fix a shower curtain. No matter how careful you are, the floor gets flooded. A toaster would be nice, also a coffee table in the living room, there is really nowhere to put a cup or a glass when sitting on the couch. There isn't anywhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom, some kind of rack would be a good idea. The fridge is a bit dated and quite noisy at times. Neon lights under the ceiling give it a somewhat institutional feeling. A bit overpriced for what you get.

The apartment is actually quite nice, there are just a couple of things that need looking after. There is a storage room for bikes on the ground floor and a patio out the back. The building is in a reasonably central location, even though it is on quite a busy street. My apartment (no. 3) was facing the back, so it was fairly quiet. About a 5 minute walk to the next supermarket (Tesco in the main square) and lots of great walks in the area.

Living room could have a sofa or big (sofa like) pillows to support your back while you sit, watch movie or generally spend time in the living room. Instead there is just to flat single beds with smaller pillows. It is not a disaster, and it is doable. In the kitchen I was lacking some kind of dish drainer. Last but not least. I wish there was option to do the laundry, even paid. It is not a disaster again, however, tourist in this region do a lot physical activities like hiking, biking, climbing, canoeing etc.

A lot of space. Well equipped kitchen. In hot days, this building due to its thick walls kept nice temperature inside. Localisation more less in between train station, market square, and big supermarkets. So, if you are without a car it is about 1km to 2km everywhere. Kitchen has a lot of space to cook. Shower is spacious. WiFi connection is fast and smooth. Personelle was reacting quickly via Booking.com chat.

Prior to arrival we set up the check-in time, we called 10 minutes in advance that we were close to the appartment but on arrival we had to wait 20-30 minutes before the host showed up to give us the keys. The bathroom is not heated the appartment itself was 22 degrees while the shower would be around 12, there is hot water in the shower for approximately 10 minutes. The radiator in the bathroom was on a electric time-stop so it would never get warm enough to dry the towels after using them. There were also a few tiles lose from the wall hanging on for dear life. The kitchen setup was average, the knifes were blunt, the cooking pans had no lids, The host probably does not expect people to actually cook there.

The location was fine, there was a supermarket on 5 minutes walk from the appartment, The hiking trail to the forest started on 500 meters. there were some candles in the room (but no lighter) and they died after 15 minutes. The bed was nice and comfortable,
