There was nothing we disliked about this hotel. Everything was perfect for us. The location, staff, and especially the service, was ideal.

The swimming pool and sauna were very good. The breakfast was exceptional, and the room, especially the cleanliness, was first class. No complaints with any aspect of our stay. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. A really good place to stay.

There were two female staff behind the bar who were totally miserable and unhelpful. One of them used to play on her phone instead of serving the clients and then behaved like she just didnt care and that everything was an effort for her. The management staff were lovely as were the receptionists

The breakfast was sensational, huge choice and excellent quality. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The shower was not particularly warm and there were no shower caps. Nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Quality/Price not good. Too expensive for the structure. The SPA was a bit too crowded with no personnel recommending silence. Some personell was not very trained to be as much as professional for a 5 star hotel (waiter for the room service, girls at the SPA check-in). The room was tiny (but comfortable). Even if renovated, the bathroom was not up to the standards of a 5 stars hotel (not even close).

Amazing pool, one of the biggest I've ever seen in a SPA. Nespresso in the room, very very appreciated. Politeness of the staff. BEST massage ever! I have a massage wherever I go (Italy, France, England, Ungary, USA, Canada, China, Japan, etc). This one was the best hands down. Food from restaurant was delicious).

Very convenient location close to the main railway station. A very classy and luxurious place to stay, slightly outside our budget but we did not regret it at all. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was incredible.

Would have liked items like shower cap, ear buds etc in the room, this was lacking. Also could have provided a bottle of water in the room, think this should have been included and not billable :)

The hairdryer was not the best and the shower had the power of a tap so wasn’t great.

The lobby is grand, the room is superb and the breakfast was beautiful. Also Josef was a great help and upgraded us!

Our room looked like it was due a refurb. Wardrobes had a chipped door, main door didn’t close properly, wall lamp was taped up. Coffee and sugar wasn’t replenished sufficiently each day.

My only disappointment is establishment rooms look tired, and old and need to be updated badly. The carpets on the floor had stains, the desk looked old and the cupboards as well. Bathroom tub in my room the drain had issues with water not disposing through the drain efficiently, the shower pressure was near nonexistent and water never became really hot.

They were extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. My daughter arrived early in the morning and could already be invited to check in although I who was paying did not arrive till the afternoon they went above and beyond what most hotels would. They asked if they could assist, held doors open, and allowed guests through before themselves, a courteous and polite service with a smile. Roms were reasonable good sized, and we felt safe and in good hands.

Uber cool hotel, harpist at breakfast which was a first. Only negative was that the rooms have very high windows with no views.

The room we had initially was facing an ugly wall and windows could not be opened. This was solved in a very generous way by the front desk manager.

The staff was exceptional polite and helpful and the front desk manager solved an issue with the room to our full satisfaction. We changed the room and had a wonderfully decorated suite.

The pool was very cold and we used it every day but didn't stay in for very long as it was almost uncomfortable. Our room was not cleaned the first day.

The lobby was fabulous. The location excellent and staff very nice. The room was nice but not as nice as expected for a 5 star. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the spa area but it was a shame that the pool and jacuzzi were so cold
