They gave us a very small room on the 5th floor with only one window that couldn’t be opened, so when the sun was out, it was very hot inside. The really annoying thing, though, was the noise coming from the nearby rooms and from outside the room in general. There was no soundproofing at all, which is understandable considering it’s a very old building, but we struggled to sleep as there were a lot of people shouting late at night or early in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect, very close to a huge shopping centre and to the center. The bathroom is small but functional. Breakfast was ok, it was in a tiny room which becomes crowded easily. Food was fine, not a lot of choice though.

Breakfast could be better; it's super limited and doesn't include a simple porridge, so if you're traveling with small kids, take this into consideration. The area for food is very narrow, which isn't convenient when you're with a kid and a couple of plates.

Having a controversial opinion on the staff: on one hand, they are super supportive, but on the other hand, they make mistakes that lead to financial losses. Overall, it's simple and clean, and they welcome dogs. However, a tip: it's better not to arrive late at night, so you can be greeted by the day shift at the reception.

The elevator didn’t go to my floor. Had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs after making an elevator a must in my booking. Shower was a bit cramped. Only view was of the sky and couldn’t open window. Room got very warm.

Weak breakfast, the hotel is really central, so the streets have a lot of noise, including really late at night - you need to shut down the windows completely to isolate the sound (could be a problem in the summer, in winter it was ok) - they also entered our room one day although we hanged a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Room has a lot of space and is really clean, location is really central - you stay at the historic center of the city and you have easy access to the bus/tram/metro systems - good working elevator, friendly staff.

We had a room on a sixth floor and it was a bit confusing how to get there, so some additional markings on the wall would be great to point to the right direction, but its only a minor issue.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was in a form of a buffet and quite good. Location was perfect for our needs. It was close to all main sights so we had a great walk around. Bus and train stations are in a walking distance or 1,2 stops by tram.

Very good location. Small room, but very clean and the hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast is included, although not a lot of food to choose from. You can keep your lugagge in the hotel for free once you have done the check-out. Check-in only after 2.00 pm and check-out before 10.00 am.
