Walls are build probably from thin paper. You could hear every word of neibhours

Despite the hot weather, room had no fan or air conditioning. Moreover the heatings in the corridors were fully on. The shampoo and soap were missing even if listed.

Over graded and this isn't a "grand" or 4 star hotel. It's suitable for passing tourists including coach parties. Rooms are basic. WiFi didn't work at all. Neither was the TV set up correctly. Dining room out dated.

Good location on the main town square and close to bus and rail stations. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, self service style.

Beds uncomfortable hotel to hot not clean Bed wasn't changed in the 8 days we stayed Shower had a mind of its own the property is stuck in the 80s No tea or coffee facility in the room and no option to get from the hotel after 8pm

Very Very over priced very uncomfortable no ac heating on in summer so stupidly hot. Restaurant closed at 8:30. In sorry to say i Would not recommend this place.

Rooms are outdated, refit should had been done 20 years ago, parking isn’t great but no other option, food is actually below the average as well as the beer

Can't blame the hotel; the area around the hotel is dead on a Sunday night.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and obviously happy. Monika Cabriolet, though at work in the bar/restaurant was lovely company for this solo traveller. Evening meal was basic but tasty (Spaghetti Carbonara). Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. Secure garage parking for my motorbike. The Grand is, in a word, lush. A few notches up from my usual road trip accommodation. Incredible value.

the hotel is quite an old one - it is like the time stopped in 80’s/90’s - the hotel is quite dark, there is a strange way how the lifts/stairs are done? -eg for us to get to 2nd floor we could only use the lift behind a restaurant - when we arrived the restaurant was shut and dark. To find the way to the lift I used the torch on my mobile phone 😂. The hotel has not got air conditioning and for some rwason the radiator in the restaurant was hot (we were there in August and the outside temperature was 35C). The walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear everything (I felt a bit out of my comfort zone hearing someone having sex for most of the afternoon … here I was glad my children were listening to their music wearing headphones :).. in the night the bell on the town tower rings every 15 minutes and id you have window open it gets you up - fair enough this is not the hotel fault. It was so hot in the room without the air con so my husband went to sleep in the car as it was cooler there.

Heating was on (during summer) and we were unable to switch it off. No AC, vents in the room. Window had to be open. With thin walls and everyone’s windows open it was impossible ti sleep. Very noisy. The breakfast area was also very hot.

There was nothing to like about this property. Even its location was not accessible by car while we stay there.

Two of our 3 rooms had a very loud drilling/hotel machine sound all night. Staff refused to relocate guests who asked to be moved in the middle of the night. Toilet in other room leaked meaning wet feet - yuck.

Front desk check-in was pleasant. Breakfast was OK but coffee leaves much to be desired.

the pool is too warm, the pool room is not ventilated and the chemicals from the pool are too strong to breath
