Rooms are very different depending on which building you get the room in. There is nothing other than the rooms and a small garden which chairs could use a renewal.

Location next to Pavlova station and the museum metro - the whole city is easy reachable from there. Rooms are comfortable.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and let us have an early check-in. The room was super clean, comfortable bed and nice spacious room which was very well soundproofed from the on-street noise. Location is super convenient as metro/tram/bus links are closeby but everything was in walking distance.

The main front door is hard to close. There was 3 signs explaining how to open/close the door but I think one sign right beside the handle on yellow paper in red text saying in capitals "DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR until you have pressed the button" and then explain the rest in smaller writing would be more effective as it was not just us that had this problem. In the grand scheme of things this isnt an issue as there was more locked doors further inside.

The Location of the property was fantastic. It was an 8 minute walk to the busy city of prague but it was far enough out that you could have a quiet peaceful sleep. The staff were fabulous. The bathroom was fabulous with toilettries. I had a great nights sleep. The shower was hot and perfect. I would definitely return.

nothing comes to mind. The location can be challenging for some to roam around the city but I didnt find that to be a big issue.

I loved everything about this hotel from the large entrance door to cooperative and helpful staff. the rooms were self-check-in with a code which made the experience good. I was really comfortable there.

There is no kitchen tap/sink so we had to fill the kettle & rinse dishes on the bathroom basin. The stairs in the studio between the living space & the bedroom are super steep so not great if you have mobility issues. Although the apartment was generally quite clean there were a few minor cleaning issues, the floor felt super sticky, especially on the bedroom. And there were lots of scuff marks on the walls, but generally the apartment was clean.

Great value, convenient & quiet location close to main square & shopping district. Check in was simple & Sylvia on reception was super lovely, helpful & friendly. Our apartment was spacious & well equipped. Bathroom was spotless with rainfall shower, complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels etc. Complimentary tea, coffee water & extra bedding were provided. There’s a lift that takes you to your room & a lovely outdoor courtyard with seating.

There were always carts full of dirty linen/towels outside our door. It didn't affect our stay but it would have been nice not to see that every time we left the room.

The mattress was a little bit too hard. To get to the third floor, we had to use the stairs one floor up or down to be able to use the elevator. With a stroller, that was a little bit inconvenient.

The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the spaces are very beautiful and renovated. The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. The hotel is very well located close to transportation and restaurants.

The location was 25 minutes walk from the main square, the hotel was clean and spacious with a big bathroom. Honestly for the price you cannot go wrong, it's in a safe area and the hotel is quiet
