Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We did not expect such a great hotel! Perfect localisation for bicycle trip, nearby bicycle route between Valtice and Lednice. Hranicni zamecek itself. Hotel with great restaurant, great bicycle shed, very good breakfast, swimming pool, extremely kind staff, even with YouTube and Netflix in the room :D

The location of the property is close to nature walks and in the middle of famous wine regions - go ahead and visit Lednice and Valtice or any other small city around. Staff of the hotel and restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for great service The breakfast was nice with local foods and you can ask for extras like waffles or eggs Benedict for extra charge. Do not miss the luxurious wellness that is clean, spacious and you can relax there for hours.

We returned to Hranicni Zamecek after 1 year and we wanted to enjoy some spa treatment and their wellness facilities, which was amazing! On top of it we enjoyed the delicious food and we felt very welcome by all the hotel and restaurant staff. It was amazing again! THANK YOU!

Czech RepublicAccording to the suit's description (namely, the photos attached to the listing), my suite was expected to have a terrace. However, the room offered by the hotel staff had neither a terrace nor a balcony. The hotel representative denied providing the suit matching my reservation in response to my complaint. Moreover, they insisted that all suits with terraces were already taken and denied any further discussion.

We stay here when in Moravia - it’s a little more expensive but worth it for the great facilities. We would give this 5 star but it always falls a little Short because of the unfriendly breakfast staff and the risk of death punishments for breaking any breakfast rules 😂
