When you're staying in an apartment with five persons, an additional set of keys would have been nice.

We had a whole apartment for our family, but we still had a nice breakfast included. There is a small courtyard where you can park your car. The hotel is located very close to two tram stations, taking you directly to the city centre.

Inetrior and major of facilities are very very old and poor. So old shower with corrosion in bathroom. Sealing of windows so old that cold air comes inside. Radiator switched off because id late April but weather is very cold so they should have been adjusted.

I have stayed there few times so far and I like much that place. Good location in old Prague close to nice drink bars and with McDonalds on the corner with train station next to building. Quite nice breakfast and almost always silent during evening and night.

All signs and infornations leaflets were written only in English, not in Czech and English. Bathroom needing upgrade ( broken shower stand and shower head). The bedroom has original, very old wooden window you were worried to open. No facilities in the room to make tea/coffee. Too noisy throughout the night due trams passing all the time.

Location not too far from the centre, clean room but not very modern. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were 3 ppl in total, so we got a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable and small. If you're charging for 3 ppl, I'd expect a bed or at least a proper sofa bed. There's enough space for it..

Breakfast is nice, and the apartment was very clean. Location isn't next to the city centre but the connections from there are good and just in front of the hotel.

No cupboard in the double room. No airconditioning. No minibar and safe. The parking place is in the courtyard of the next building, where both the gate and the parking spaces are quite narrow, so with a bigger car it's quite a quest to park there. Breakfast time could be extended to 11 am - for us, 10 am was a bit early closing :-)

The breakfast was okay. The jacuzzi was nice (available for extra payment only). The location is perfect, just some tram-stops away from the centre. You can hire a private parking place, which is a real gift in Prague (we spent 5 nights in Prague). The ladies at the reception were always keen to help <3 The design of the room was marvellous, I loved it.

The rooms we had did not match the pictures on the platform. The rooms were clean, but very old looking which gave the impression of uncleanness. The bathroom was a modified closet with broken water evacuation. The room was uncomfortably small with not enough place to actually open the luggage. The bathroom has no ventilation and was very slippery.

The beds were comfortable and it was close to local transportation. The facilities ( sauna, jacuzzi etc.) did look like in the picture.

The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about. The bread was at times hard, eggs overcooked, and the rest of the warm options had a funny aftertaste. They should really train their receptionists a little better. No one wants to be rebuffed rudely with "I don't know. Ask my manager." When asking a friendly inquiry about the building or the name of the Hotel. The room was more than enough for 2 ppl, but would have been cramped had there been a third person with us, as the hotel listed it as a 3 person room.

The hotel was located at an easily accessible public transportation point. It took only a short 30 min to get to the centre of the city. There was a McDonald's in the corner of the street, which was open till late in the evening for any midnight cravings. The building was gorgeous and gave a bit of a castle vibe.

Shower- poor pressure and cool water. Just passable. Did not address since we only spent 1 night.

Our room was very large. Larger than I expected considering we were visiting from US. Our room had an amazing patio- it was winter so little use to us at that visit. The bathroom was large. Shower was not great, but we made do for a one night stay. Multiple nights would have needed to address- low pressure and cold water. Had a bare minimum shower. Breakfast was lovely. Nice spread of bread and juice and fruits. A more than ample continental breakfast. Also lovely location for ease of travel in Praha.

We were there for 2 nights. On the 2nd day of stay, they have turn off the heater and told us to use blankets which was not fair as it was peak winters. The staff was ok and not very responsive.

The room was clean and big enough for 3 people stay. It has all the facilities and a kitchen. Overall really good room.

We did not like that the TV did not work during the entire stay. We reported right after check-in. Tomorrow morning, the master supposedly came, but there was no progress. We did not receive any offer to replace the TV or anything similar.

The location is great, very close to the center. Excellent private parking. The car is always safe and visible. The breakfast was also great as was the entire hotel staff.

The room heated up quite a bit if the windows were closed, even though we didn't turn on the heating. But opening the windows was not an option as the noise of traffic outside would have prevented sleep.

price for garage was too hefty. Also, when I booked it, it was not clearly mentioned that I would still need to pay a tourist tax. I think this was a bit of a cheating at the online advertisement for Hotel.

in a triple room the single bed was really uncomfortable, i had to sleep on my hoodie because the mattress was very uncomfortable, the double bed wasn’t that bad
