Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location in Horni Miesecky with Parking. Next to the bus station Realy nice owner and staff Big room about 20m² with lots of space to move It works as a restaurant as well Great view from the window to the mountains. Quiet place Great communication between reservation and check-in

SwedenIt really exceeded our expectations. The staff and host family was super friendly. We felt like a part of the family as we sat by the fire and the pub. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. Thank you Radek, Martin and Nadia :). An extra plus was the amazing new years celebration at the hotel with a lot of food and dancing. The spa area and massage was just what we wanted after a day in the slopes. Really good location as we only had to walk three minutes to the slope. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were positively surprised that the ski rental was included in the hotel. Thank you very much for the great week and we hope to come back in the future.

United KingdomThe fact that we had to go home as our holiday came to the end 🥲
Location, location, location⛷️😍🌨️🏔️!!! The hotel is located just next to the ski slopes. You can ski out of the hotel and ski back. Family atmosphere, the owners created home away from home feeling during our stay. Great local food, both for breakfast and dinner. Very pleasant stay, we will definitely return. Very big THANK YOU to Luboš, Lenka, Marie and especially Eliška for providing such and amazing hospitality experience. The friendly approach to their guests was exceptional.
