We were charged an additional 200€ as a security deposit for the accommodation, which was refundable but was not stated in the advertisement. The keys were in another location quite far from the main accommodation and we had to take a cab to pick them up.

There were a few things that needed fixing. Old doors that didn't fit the rest of the style. Towel dryer was loose from the wall. Lights partly broken in the bathroom. It was functional, but could have been much better.

The location was great. In the Jewish quarter close to the old town. The apartment was as described and was very spacious.

Reception is in a totally different hotel, which is in 10 minutes driving distance. We've got only 2 keys for 9 guests. The staff is friendly though, two sweet young ladies have made the effort to explain everything and answered any question asked.

Perfect location, vast and good equipped apartment. Lots of light and space, a romantic and aristocratic touch of Prague...at a more than reasonable price.

I didn't like that the parking was very very far from the apartment, u didn't have a direct public transport, and for a tourist was a little bit tricky to go until there,(after we booked we finde out where is the exact parking space,which was far)when we arrived ,one single bed was broken, a double bad was also, a wardrobe as well. In the bathrooms were big spider 🕸

We had to pick the keys up at the Blue and Red Hotel which is far and means 2 taxis for 6 passengers + luggage and this was not clear at the time of booking. Initially we were not met at the apartment by anyone which meant we had a very hard time getting in, and nobody inspected the apartment with us. Also there was no flexibility for checking in and checking out time which is normal when renting apartments as opposed to hotel rooms.

The keys are a nightmare to pick up the address for that isn't as easy as should be expected, and the price when paying was a extra £100 cause I'd tax which should be explained when booking the apartment

You need to go for the keys to a completely different location, quite far from the apartement itself. The person giving the key was quite rude and impatient.

The location is amazing, in the centre of Jewish quarter. The apartement is very comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay.

Had to check in at a different place. We struggled trying to find the location but that was our fault. Staff was super nice and accomodating. Parking with a bigger car was hard but we were able to find a spot. Again not the Apartments fault just central Prague in general.

Although, the house is in Oldtown, keys should be taken in somewhere out of city centre which is not matching with the perfect location expectations. Especially if you are coming for 1-2 days. There should be solution for it like automatic key locker !!! Moreover, Paking place is not close to house, so you have to deal with your baggage to carry on to the house.(25 mins by walking) Out of those issue, it was good and worth to accommodation cost.. I hope there will be a clever solution for the keys in check in time in the future.

The keys were to be picked up and the city tax and deposit to be paid at a reception desk in a totally different district (Praha 5). It would have been way nicer to save the 0.5-1h public transport detour and pick up the keys from a lock box or something instead. It was also a bit difficult to find the correct apartment in the hallway because no door had any obvious indication or marker so we basically had to try which door our key fit in. Some other guests were obviously confused as well as they tried to open our door the day after.

The apartment was really spacious and freshly renovated (except for the floor). The location is also really great. There is two toilets and two showers. I would definitely consider staying here again.

An Apartment like that should be valued. Too dirty everywhere and glass doors everywhere zero privacy . Door thresholds that were not sealed and too high were also dangerous and gave problems Cleaning absolutely needs to be improved and a few more accessories between the kitchen and bathrooms. Reasoning for the guests who have to stay there , all too " random " and careless .

The exceptional location in the center of the luxury shopping area. Building under renovation. House with great potential but very dirty. Everywhere . The house is beautiful but needs to be treated better both in terms of cleaning and in the details that can enhance it as it deserves and make guests feel that they are paying, and not a little more welcomed.
