This place was good for the price. Location was close to the old town and ideal for the sightseeing. Breakfast was good.

The mattress was a little hard, the wifi was not strong enough and there are no single use slippers to use after a shower, but nothing too serious.

The breakfast was really good, housekeeping also very clean. The price for the room is more than fair, and the lady that was at the reception in the morning was very helpful. Definitely retuning here when coming back to Prague, the hotel is close to the center.

There is a metro running below the hotel’s street. We were on the first floor but we could hear and feel in every 5-10 minutes as the metro went by. Our window was facing the terrace garden where it is allowed to smoke and all of that smell came directly in to the room. Walls are very thin. For 1-2 nights it is bearable but for longer stays it could be very bothering.

Great value for the price. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of options. The room was clean.

Weak WiFi in the room (maybe it was because the room is at the very end of the corridor).

Reasonable price for the stay. Comfortable and large bed. The place is ok, not so far from the train station where the shuttle to the airport stops. Interesting indoor garden where you can have breakfast.

If I could improve one thing is get Aircon in the rooms. (Appreciate it’s a historic building and infrastructure is limited but could surely do something this day and age.)

Location is great. Beds are comfortable. No air con in the rooms. (Meh!). Clean room and kept clean. Facilities around the hotel is kept clean. Overall. It’s a fair hotel. Breakfast was limited continental but had a wide spread.

the air conditioning was working perfectly. the beds were large and very comfortable, the bedsheets were very clean. we also had a minibar that worked and helped a lot. breakfast was really good and varied, with many options. very friendly staff.

Water pressure low. I got a room on 6th floor so had to wait for a few minutes to be able to take shower. Next time will try to book a room a little bit closer to the ground hahahaha...

The room given was just ideal for 3 people, no more room to move, but it was all we need to visit prague. The room was clean, well presented and with a big toilet. The breakfast given was great, with a lot to choose of. The personel was very kind to prepare us a breakfast to take out due to our very early check out, was really nice. The location is ok, with a 10 min walk to the nearest subway entrance which takes you directly to the city centre.

I booked twin room and got triple (1 double bed and 1 single). There are 2 breakfast rooms. 1 of the days we had to go downstairs, and unfortunately the offer was poorer than upstairs.

Location close to metro, nice area. We loved hotel private garden.

• It was pretty cold in the room when we arrived. We were informed that the heating season is already finished and immediately got 2 extra blankets. But somehow later radiators also became warmer 🤷🏻‍♀️. • The kettle was placed on the minibar but the cable wasn't long enough to reach the socket so we had to put it on the floor to heat. • Even though breakfast was included, the lack of teabags, sugar and water in the room (with the kettle) was a little bit upsetting for me. • The double bed was actually two connected twin beds with the small between them.

• Incredibly clean room and shower. ❤️ • Good, fresh and tasty breakfast with warm and cold food options. Amazing buns. • Perfect location - close to the metro/tram/bus stations. One stop from the old town. Almost int the center however not in the noisy area. • Friendly and helpful staff. • TV with the channels on different languages. • Room is fully equipped - wardrobe, kettle, bedside tables with the lamp above, dressing table with the mirror and chair, also full length mirror, mini fridge.

My shower door didn’t close properly and the shower head wouldn’t stay up, was not ideal but if it was fixed it would be a lovely shower

Nicely located not too far walking from main train station and old town. Very friendly receptionist and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious but very busy in a small space and not so relaxing, but I can’t fault it. Room was huge, comfortable, nice size wardrobe and beds and linens so nice.
