Good value for money, great location, very nice room and comfy bed. Exceptional bathroom! Breakfast (buffet) was great with many choices. We needed to leave quite early but this was not a problem at all having breakfast a bit early than opening times.

The bathroom was decent but we mished a shelf to put our belongins on. Easily one could be placed under the mirror There is no airconditioning (we knew that in advance) but you actualy need one or at least a ventilator. If you want fresh air you need to open the window but then you hear drunk people shouting.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was of good quality with enough choices. The were also local products. The room was clean and recently refurbished.

There were only small things we didn't like so much. Sometimes the TV reception was a bit weak, but who needs a TV anyway when the weather is great? Every morning there was always a small queue in front of the coffee machine and you had to wait in line even for hot water.

We loved the location, within sight of CENTRAL JABLONEC and a few minutes away from the center. The room was very spacious, bright, well equipped and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very rich varieded and delicious. The full body oil massage was fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was excellent. My partner found the bed a bit too hard, for me it was excellent.

There weren't any things that really bothered me or displeased me.

I found the parking lot on Korejeká street easily via satellite photos. From there the entrance is also easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean and quiet. I really liked the light wood furniture and the bathroom was very nice. Everything seemed newly renovated. I found the bed a little hard, which was due to a different mattress (than it seems to be common in the other rooms). I found the breakfast selection a bit narrow. However, what was offered was very good and tasty. I also noticed positively that a lot of things were designed to be child-friendly. There are play corners, children's tables in the dining room and crayons in the room. I also liked the water with mineral stones in the room. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The WiFi was very good.

After the renovation the rooms are very comfortable, clean and cosy. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. I loved the way the hotel is designed to show the care for the environment.

The single bed was very narrow. The room was hot without shutters or blackout/reflective curtains to keep out the sun.

Everywhere you can find something, if you want. We didn't want.

The reception perfect, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very good beds, we found everything we needed. The hotel has parking places free. In the centrum it's big help. The breakfast varied, and appropriate for three stars. The downtown 5-10 minutes by walk. We had four very good night.

If I could give 10 stars, I would do that. Fantastic location, facilities, excellent personal and fabulous breakfast. Oh, we love it there very much. Also support for local farmers and entrepreneurs is just great. Next time when passing by, this hotel will be our decision

In my room there was not blackout curtains and the sun/light woke us up before we wanted.

I stayed Fr-Sa and early morning started a lot of noice, probably some workers worked in the hotel or near by. In my room was light smell like from waste water

Some unfinished work in hallways, with electric wires out of the wall - didn’t look nice nor safe. Breakfast not great, not terrible. A bit pricey for this town.
