How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It is difficult to evaluate staff, as there was no staff. Everything was done electronically, but very well. Rooms exceeded our expectations by size and comfort. If we will stay anytime in Lovosice, this accommodation will be our first choice.

The bed in the apartment was very nice.The apartment was very clean when we arrived.Also it had a big TV,perfect for watching movies.I would recommend.

The entrance to the room was made from half glass. While booking I specified that I prefer a smoking room so I expected a room with a balcony which wasn't fulfilled.
Clean and spacious room, easy navigation, very comfortable bed, functional AC, clean bathroom. We had a very nice sleep 😊

The location is in an industrial area, but it was a quiet location, 10 mins walk from the center. The shower was clean, but the water flooded the bathroom a little bit.
The bad was very big, with a confy matress, the apartmant was big and cleen, with a mini fridge, some cuttlery, a 4 person table, a couch, tv, ac and ammenities, the room has a digital lock with a code provided by the owner, which was very convenient.

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed.
Close to the centre. Good for a stopover. It had adjustable beds.

the staff wasn’t super attentive and they looked super tired (maybe after the wedding day before). breakfast wasn’t great , no warm stuff at all (like eggs etc)

Not was so easy to find the reception because middle in the restaurant but I don't saw signboard. Also I had no idea how can I leave the room key. I couldn't find something box and also reception was closed and I knew all the time open. Was no paper or something which time open.
Room and bathroom was nice, balkony also. Staff was frendly. Nice restaurant. And very important between restaurant and apartman house there is a playground for children.

The kitchen equipment should be improved (1 induction stove might be a bit challenging when cooking for 4), utensils are limited as well as for glasses and cups below the minimum amount of 4 needed to serve an apartment designed for 4 people. The fridge is also not up to the challenge, with very limited space and freezing capacity. When coming in, the shower handle was missing. We reported to the reception and have been told if we could do it without it. Luckily it was repaired after few minutes, it could have been quite uncomfy without it. The apartment shows the first signs of need for few repairs and replacements due to standard wear and tear.
Well located accomodation in Lovosice with easy access to the city center, bike and hiking paths. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4 people and its arrangement well done. The service was nice, flexible to accommodate our early arrival and with no administrative tasks for the checkout. The bedroom provides a very big wardrobe where clothes could be hanged or stored.

Check in was super easy; despite arriving quite late in the evening. Rooms were very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. will definitely stay again if passing through.

It's in an industrial area, but this did not spoil anything.
5 minutes walk to Centrum, 10 minutes to the railway station. Close to both, but not too close to be noisy.

The location is a bit edgy. Outside the city and off the cycle path. During summer there is a ferry that can be used to cross the river from the Elbe cycling route but we came too late and had to cycle to the property on a main road with car traffic over 70km/hour and no cycling path.
The property can be accessed at any point. We arrived by bike late night and were able to enter the property without any trouble. There was also a bike storage place where we could store our bikes and there were bike tools available to use in case of a mechanic problem.
