How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location from the city was a big far and always needed an uber to go and come back. Our view outside the window in our room was a train garage, but thankfully no noise. The food in the restaurant was ok...
The breakfast was amazing, as there was a lot of options. The pool area was big and perfect for families, along with the sauna. Room was nice, big, and clean. Shared the room with family, but it was good and spacious.

Excellent. We get much more then we expected. Free swimming pool and wellnes, welcome drink, ... The bed was perfect and also breakfast. There is also a train nearby to go to the city centre.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Located near O2 arena but also close to the center by nearby tram. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and I also received complementary drink voucher. Awesome breakfast options. Wellness was also very great.

Fridge did not really cool down stuff but thats not an issue
We got upgrade to the 6th floor so that was great. The Wellness centre is amazing. Room big and tidy

The bathroom may need a fix, water can splash everywhere since there is no glass to catch. Reception can be a little bit more friendlier. The swimmingpool, is only a one-time access, depending what kinda combination reservation you made. Pool is small and can be very crowded since the facility is a sporthall+hotel. It takes 10-15min depending on your walking speed to get to the nearest subway/tram station. (Although there are Bolt/Lime e-scooters)
Beds were very soft and nice to lay down. Room is spacious and its good enough for 2-3 persons. The gym has enough equipment and most of the time quiet, so you can gym in peace.

Very warm welcome upon arrival, super freindly staff and personell wherever we were, free upgrade from 1 hour pool inclusive to 2 hours, very large, varied and tasty options for breakfast buffet, plenty of space, great room with A/C and plenty of sports offers available onsite too.

Location is a bit rugged

The walls are not well soundproofed and, therefore, we could hear everything in the room next to us. They were so noisy that we had to call the front desk sometime between 23:30-00:30!
The room was modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is lovely with a pretty good gym and pool! The coffee bar was good and the coffee was fresh.

Communication in English was a bit limited.
The Hotel itself was very nice. Room for a family of 4was a good size. Breakfast was great. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

A little bit further away from the center but there is always Uber, Bolt etc available and not too expensive.
Comfortable rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have two restaurants for lunch or dinner. Breakfast buffet had a great variety. The sports facilities are close /conjoined to the hotel which is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have an ATM in the hotel if you need CZK cash. Will definitely recommend.
