Access to the building was not a great experience as the person on the other end of the phone was not very aware of our arrival. Finally we got the key to access the building.

The photos do not reflect the real condition of the hotel rooms. No elevator present to take your luggages to the floors. Rooms and bathrooms are narrow. No fridge in the room.

I was assigned to the 5th floor and unfortunately, during my stay, the elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient.

You cannot include parking on booking if the parking is in the street. This is not safe for persons that are traveling alone. Reception closed at 6pm even if it says that you are open until 7:30pm on Saturdays. Staff was not cool.

I found the entrance a bit difficult and no open reception as I came quite late. Further, as I had booked two nights as I intended to attend an exhibition in Düsseldorf. I had to leave for the second night because the trains to Düsseldorf were cancelled because of strikes. And, I did not get return of the payment for the second night as I could not stay in Wuppertal and then not be able to continue to attend the exhibition. So I left and spent time in Düsseldorf and spent the time at the exhibition. I think Wuppertal is a nice town.

I arrived there late in the night, I almost got stuck there because I could not figure out it was a self check in and that there was nobody at the reception that time. I only find out they has communicated this on a German only email . Considering I don't speak German this was quite unexpected. I only got help from a couple who hotspoted me and translated my email for us to figure this out. The beds and rooms were also too small

I loved the location, it's only a five minutes walk to the train station. This saved me lots of money that I could use for taxi.

The staff does not speak any foreign language, only German is rude to guests that I heard the word idiot about myself , it's a lie that there is any private parking there is just a crowded street with nowhere to put even a needle I do not recommend this hotel Total failure !!!
