I had gastro whilst there, no medical assistance at all. the head waiter kindly told my friend he would pay for a taxi for me to go to the hospital if needed. I had no kettle to make myself some tea. The room wasn't cleaned properly the first time so head cleaner came in when I asked for the toilet floor to be cleaned properly. Good at taking the money but poor customer service if you become ill. No fault of hotel that I became ill but I was still a guest there.

Would have liked mini-fridge in the room for cold water and snacks. Room service was sporadic. The hotel was quite crowded with families with babies and small children so not the best choice for senior guests. Price was high compared to expectations.

Location was near the beach and easily walkable to town center. Rooms were designed for efficiency but stll comfortable though small. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good.

Sauna was too cool.

Awesome place for vacation with kids. We liked pools, there is two for adults and one for kids. The sea view was awesome & warm outdoor pool even in mid Autumn.

The room, although spacious was not as clean as I expected. The bathtub, the couch were not clean as well. The room lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle, cups for coffee, no refrigerator, no safe to store valuables, no phone to call the reception so probably no room service too.

The Hotel is located in front of the beach with an amazing view from the room. The breakfast was very good with enough choice, a very ambient restaurant with a little play corner for kids. Perfect for families! The spa area is amazing with a kids pool as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

The wifi did not work at all. The evening service in the restaurant was poor. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 3.30pm while we were taking a nap...and then opened the door before I reached the door asking if we had anything in our bin to throw away...

Our room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cheeseburger at the bar was fabulous. The swimming pool is a winner! The check in and check out staff was very friendly.

Beautiful, well kept hotel with fantastic facilities. Our room on the 11th floor had spectacular views and a nice balcony. Breakfast was solid. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be returning soon.

The property is great , we spend 3 nights. Warm swimming pool and sauna makes the difference, it was also provided towels and comfy robes I also like the breakfast and the small market connected to reception. Everybody speaks English, so the language is not a problem

Nothing bad, all is fine.

The food was, ask always, wonderful. We are always looking forward to the freshly made omelettes and we are never disappointed. We had booked with dinner which allowed us to stay seated and play cards for long after the actual eating - this would not have worked in an external restaurant. The spa was great (as always). The staff, again, was super helpful and friendly. We love the view and the location at the beach.

HEAT... I was super happy that I ordered beforehand a fan for the room. But God... I believe these rooms should have already air conditioned.

Breakfast and Dinner amazing. They should explain the "drink system" at dinner with half-pension at the beginning. At dinner I first ask a waitress where drinks were included, she said "no". Then I asked another waitress, she said "yes, 1 wine carafe per room"

We booked a doble room with sea views. The room was very fancy but simple and small. No balcony. There was no mini fridge, water boiler or even a bottle of water. The table not big enough for lunch or dinner, the master bed was not comfortable at all and the bed clothes were pretty rough. The sink was not clean and we needed to fix it our self. We paid 525€ for 2 nights. I am aware in July is high season but I was experiencing much more for that price. Absolutely no value money.

The location is perfect. The stuff was very friendly and available at any time. The breakfast was great with many vegan options (vegan salami, Plantbase milks...) The spa was clean, big and really cool. Clearly the best of the staying.

The room; AWFUL. Nowhere to put down your case or take your shoes off, so the sand is dragged into the room and considering the room is cleaned only every two days, it means you're walking around on sandy floors for two days because there are no slippers supplied. Also no shampoo/conditioner, no body lotion, no shower caps or any other toiletries you would expect from a hotel in this price category. I have no problem with towels being changed every 2nd day but then a heated towel rack is needed to dry the towels. And a socket on one side of the bed only!! There is no chair in the room, instead there is a weird foam couch thing which is way too deep and soft to be comfortable. Really nothing in the room that would make you want to come back. The hotel markets itself as sustainable but it seems more like they are cutting corners.

I'm extremely disappointed by the interior design. When I first walked into the reception, I was confused if this was the official reception area since it looked like an underground car park and the overall car park atmosphere extended into the spa area (loud, crowded, no place to relax) and the hallways. The room looked like a hyper modern fever dream. The concept of a see-through bathroom is a con rather than a pro for me. I had to leave the hotel room to start relaxing, the blue-orange interior did not do anything to help relax. And all of this would not have been that infuriating if the price was lower, but considering how expensive this hotel was, I must say, I felt scammed. Tip: Look at the hotel rooms on the actual hotel website, booking makes it look at lot nicer than it was.

The hotel seems to be keen on sustainability: no spa slippers, no tissues, one soap instead of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, no other complementary things in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast super yummy. The beach is right outside the main entrance.

Breakfast: Really good. Room: Was clean and comfortable. Location: Good. You can see the sea from your room. Beach is at walking distance. The hotel has swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) so that you can enjoy even in bad weather.

The Wellness area is not exclusive for hotel guests. Pool are was crowded and hygiene was poor. The sauna area offers plenty of choices but as it is open to non guests it’s easily crowded.
