The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help if one has any questions or issues. The single rooms are also well-sized, as there is a bed, a TV, a desk, and a toilet. All the needed supplies are available in the room, and if one needs anything extra, they can always go to the reception, which works 24/7. The apartment is located close to a metro station and several street food places that work until late, so getting around the city is easy, and late-night food options are available. In case of early arrival, there is also a storage room, where one can leave their luggage and go explore the city while the time for checking-in comes. There is also nice breakfast every day, which is perfect to start the day with a light meal.

Parking situation was weird. Got told upon arrival that parking garage was full although we reserved a spot. Then during check in our spot was available. Had to bring a car over to the hotel again.

It wasn't a problem when we were there, but it might be a problem in summer - the sound of the train is pretty loud when the window is open. Also, we had issues with wifi connection.

The location is very good, you can easily get anywhere by metro. There are restaurants, cafes and kebab booths nearby. The beds were really comfortable! Pretty spacious room and you can listen to the radio through tv :)

I had made two separate bookings and the guy on reception told me we must check out after our first night then check back in again. We did this but it turned out to be unnecessary because we were in the same room.

The room was fairly basic, missing some amenities, and slightly inconvenient due to the absence of a refrigerator. But in general it's ok.

Spacious room with comfortable beds in a great location with easy access to subway and bus. Will definitely return next time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort during their stay.

The area is very noisy, because of the traffic in the street (it's next to a railroad track). It was difficult to sleep sometimes even after a whole day of walking. Their booking page says it's not possible to reserve a parking lot, however when I texted them before arrival, they said all their parking space was booked, so not sure what's the reality. The elevator takes ages to arrive and once it didn't work at all, so we had to take the stairs, which wouldn't be a problem, but finding our room was crazy. There are no hairdryers in the room, you have to take them from the reception for 20€ deposit. I don't use cash, so I should have withdrawn it from the ATM at the reception, which takes 3€ for withdrawal and applies a shady exchange rate, which would cost me almost 10€ extra, not so pleasant. Where would I go with that hairdryer, c'mon.

The stuff is very nice and helpful, they speak English and all process is very smooth. The breakfast is great, maybe a bit pricy but still ok, the coffee could be better though. Beds were comfy and clean.

I got a room with six individual bunk beds even though I was traveling alone and requested a single room. I got to the hotel at 14:30 (check-in is at 15), but the room wasn't ready until 15:30. Even so, there were some hairs in the shower when I arrived.

The bed was comfortable and the shower surprisingly good! The breakfast is also good for the price. The hotel was full of school groups and students, however my room was in a different wing of the hotel so it was very quiet. I don't know if it was a coincidence or if they purposely located me there, but it was great!

There was too less space for toiletries in both toilet and bathroom, I’d suggest to add a few hooks and a shelf more

Staff kind and welcoming, pur room was comfy and clean. They gave us a 4 bed room instead for a two bed so we had more space than needed. Position is stunning. The hostel is in the very heart of Berlin life, and you can reach nightlife in ten minutes walk. Public transports are easy to find and use!

The breakfast had a exellent choice of produce. The location of the hostel was ideal for us close to the Tanzfabrik. But to my surprise I didn't need public transport to find a wide range of interesting things to do.
