When rooms have to be ready early, they vaccuum early. I had a late concert and was just awake (9.15) when they started.

Fantastic staff. Room was ready at noon when I arrived. Decent size room, fresh and clean. Free bottle of water, and coffee with snacks.

Single duvet on a queen size bed, that did not work out too well.

Confortable rooms and quiet environment in a nice little hotel without front desk. Hardly any personnel ever around, apart from friendly cleaning staff, but a lot of comforts and nice treats. Free hot beverages ans snack available anytime.

Everything was clean and comfortable, the online procedures for the check-in and check-out is bery simple and easy to do. I asked for the room to be ready before the check in time and it was ready two hurs in advance! The staff is very kind and available fr everything.

Unfortunately when we used the room we noticed the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't very nice! We had to fix the shower by tightening a screw as it wouldn't stay up when we were showering. There were a number of shelves in the room which were wonky so you couldn't put things on them.

The cleaners were lovely, check in was easy, location was great, kitchen facilities were good, beds were comfortable. Nice bright rooms with high ceilings, the rooms look great on entry.

There was only one oddly shaped chair in my room. When I tried to place my backpack on it, it always slipped off. Otherwise everything was good.

Very nice, quiet place in a good neighbourhood, near Kurfürstendamm. Many good bakeries around for breakfast. The hotel has a coffee machine and provided some little snacks and fruit. The room was always clean.

Reception desk was often unstaffed, and I worry that it could be easy to not get help quickly when needed.

They sent me important information only in german. They sent the same email more times. (When I wrote them in English, they answered in English). I used their app to open the room. It was a bit uncertain, it usually took 30-40 s to open my door. Staff was not supernice, but it was okay.

Spacious, clean, comforatble room with an easy to use safe. Nice neigbourhood. Free coffee. Quite silent. Online pre checking process.

No one at the reception, they were operating remotely, already at 5pm when I arrived. No complaints on the service, they were still able to open the for me and provide iron and stand as I needed, but it felt strange to walk into a hotel without anyone at reception.

The (online) check-in system is terrible. I didn’t get an email so ended up having to get help from reception. Luckily the receptionist was there when I arrived because reception has limited hours. Thankfully I was able to drop my bag off but it took a few hours to get my room cleaned.

The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of food options and within walking distance of public transport. The room was big, clean and comfy.

It's a small thing - but housekeeping was a tiny bit uneven especially for a boutique hotel. Our bath towels were consistently replaced, which felt like a luxury, but we didn't need them to be changed every day (unfortunately they took and didn't replace the bathmat!), but didn't check to see the status of coffee cups and coffee pods. Our pods were never refilled and we were for 4 days. Luckily plenty of really good coffee at the nearby cafes, and takewaway breakfast on the balcony was a delight (top marks for the list of recommended places). I would also change the brand of coffee (it's quite sour and a bit tasteless) and either exchange it for/ provide a tea kettle and tea bags. Also be aware for streetside rooms there is early daily garbage collection for the nearby restaurants (which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel owners!, just remember to bring your earplugs)

We had a balcony, which was just lovely and highly reccomended. The location ideal for exploring West Berlin, and a not bad walk to the Tiergarten (it is worth taking the bus on a hot day). Everything was within a couple of bus stops away - and that quite close. A few minutes' walk to the very nice local post office/ newsagent. A quick ride on the S from Central Station, followed by a short walk. Loads of nice little coffee shops, beauitiful buildings to see, lots of trees - this part of Berlin is very green. The staff was super friendly, off-street parking was a bonus. Despite a heat emergency, the room was never uncomfortably hot thanks to the high ceilings. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and I can't say enough how lovely the balcony was - flowers nicely maintained, everything you could want at hand. We had a really lovely stay!

The building has a lot of character, but lacks an elevator. Also, no breakfast when we were there. The hotel provided a list of nearby breakfast options, which worked out nicely.

Charming hotel in a practical location.Quite close to city center, yet easy to enter and leave with a car. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator in the building and you may have to carry your luggage via stairs. My room was on the third floor and it was not fun. Also, they seem to prefer minimal contact with customers; all communication had to be done through email or chat, which I didn't have to use during my stay, but would very much have preferred talking to a real receptionist for my needs.

The studio was equipped with all kitchen necessities. Very modern finishes, comfortable bed and clean room. The location is safe although it's a bit far from central and trendy areas in Berlin.

Tea seemed to be of high quality but I found hot water only from coffee machine. Having the boiled water from kettle would make tea tasting better. That’s not an issue at all, everything was great.

Beautiful small hotel. Very modern, proper and clean. You have coffee and tea at your disposal and always something small to eat. Our room was looking into a internal court, it was very quiet! The whole neighbourhood Savignyplatz is great and pleasant, with nice bakeries, cafes and boutiques.
