Stains on the bedroom carpet and missing and discoloured grout in toilet and shower area. More expensive than other hotels in the area.

Around 20 minutes walking distance to the city center. We thought to select a hotel in the city center next time. However still acceptable walking distance.

Guest Laundry. Some guest uses 2hr per wash n 2hr per drying. If the guest uses continuously 2 similar wash, the other guest will have to wait forever as the queues become long. My experience is having to wait till past midnight to start doing my laundry. 😔

The bed size is slightly small, and the bathroom door is easily to over closed which will let water spay out of shower room, drain speed is also not good enough.

In today's digital age, it's common to have devices that require charging overnight, and having accessible outlets on the nightstands would have been highly convenient. 2. Shower Floor Cleanliness: While the overall room was well-maintained, we did notice a buildup of calcium on the shower floor. Although this didn't significantly impact our stay, a more thorough cleaning routine in the bathrooms would enhance the overall experience. 3. Parking Ticket Validation Process: The instructions for validating the parking ticket for a 24-hour/multi-day ticket were available in multiple languages, which was helpful. However, locating the validation machines proved to be a bit challenging. Despite the instructions, we had to seek assistance from the front desk for further clarification. A more straightforward and easily accessible validation process would be beneficial for guests.

The quietness of the room was remarkable; it was well-insulated from outside traffic noises, providing a peaceful night's rest. 2. Unique Location within a Shopping Mall: Aloft Stuttgart's location inside a shopping mall was a delightful surprise. We loved the convenience of having several dining options just an elevator ride away. It made our evenings hassle-free, especially after a day of exploring Stuttgart. 3. Convenient Underground Parking: The hotel's underground parking facility was a definite plus. It provided a secure and convenient place to park our vehicle, giving us peace of mind. No need to worry about finding street parking or walking long distances. 4. Reasonable Pricing: Aloft Stuttgart's pricing was a pleasant surprise, offering excellent value for money. Given the spacious rooms and convenient amenities, it didn't break the bank, making it a budget-friendly option for families.

The bed and pillows were too soft, even after we requested the "hard" pillows.

Great location, right next to a shopping centre with lots of shops, right cross the road from an underground station, also less than 10 mins walk to the train. I love that the hotel has a free laundry room for guess to use, it was great on hot summer days for a family without having to pay expensive laundry bills.
