It's on a main street, so you can't keep a window open when sleeping, but there's very solid windows and air-conditioning and that worked perfectly.

A modern no-frills hotel, you still have everything you need at a half the cost of a 'frills' hotel. Staff are super friendly and easy going. Instead of a coffee machine in each room, you can get as much tea and yummy coffees as you want near the reception/ games/chill-out area. We didn't have time to try breakfast but it looked really good.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better. There was a used paper cup on the table when we arrived. Also the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear every noise from the other rooms around you.

The location is nice. Just a few minutes to the public transport. It is easy to go to the beach or the city. The staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices and the food is good.

- the location of the hotel is good, u‘re very close to the wather (there u can have a walk, some restaurants aso) - parking space is limited and no reservation allowed, next parking option is a 8 min walk - room was on the 7th floor, very nice view from there - receptionist was very kindly - very close is a supermarket (food / non food)

I do not have any complains about the place. If I could recommend something, probably the breafast costs could be lower. It is a little costly.

Evething was excellent. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The facilieties offered like security boxes and hot drinks were really appreciated.

Breakfast: Fruit salad was not looking very fresh Not that well supported during check in. Parking far too expensive (15€/Night). Electric Car-charging could not be used as places were occupied by non electric vehicles

Parking situation is horrible. Reservations are not possible, no spots upon arrival and no concrete instructions in where to find one - we were told to look around in the neighbourhood. We haven’t found anything and drove 25 min (due to several street closures) until we found a spot. Upon arrival we were informed there is currently no warm water in the hotel. This was about to be fixed within an hour, took longer. In the morning it worked again. For me personally unacceptable that no compensation for this was offered, especially for guests staying only one night (as was our case) with limited (time) flexibility.

No additional costs for bringing dogs. Free coffee and tea in the reception area.

I am already writing the 4th review for this hotel, I could have gotten confused a few days ago, but all the time the pillows were not tucked into the pillowcases, they were falling out. And the room is not with a large double bed, but in fact it is 2 beds under one double bed sheet. The contact of two mattresses is felt, because it is on it that my child sleeps. There are no facilities for a small child in the bathroom. From the product in the shower, the hair was in terrible condition. There was no tulle in the room, only curtains, so due to the fact that the hotel rooms of the neighboring hotel can be seen from the window, it was inconvenient to open the curtains, because everything was visible in our room then.

Very clean bed, I really like it. The room is clean. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. You can get to the residential floor only with a chip card. Clean hotel in general

On the 7th floor (maybe it was on a different day of booking, they went consecutively) it was very dirty in the corridor. Just pieces of some kind of dirt on the floor. The room we were forced into had an unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet, which did not disappear, unfortunately. There are no facilities for children in the bathroom. Unfortunately, out of our 4 nights there was still water only once. all other time - carbonated. It would be great if they offered a choice.

They changed my room without any problems, because the smell of cigarettes was very noticeable in the first one. Smokers lived there before me, I made this conclusion. The administrator apologized and changed the number. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

I wrote earlier in the review: there are no amenities in the bathroom for a small child. There was a not very pleasant smell in the room, I had to open the window completely and ventilate. not a very pleasant smell in the shower

We stopped by late at night, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. This is our fourth visit to this hotel. The room is clean, on the 3rd floor.

I am with a small child, I did not have enough of a chair in the bathroom and a cover on the toilet for the child. In the evening, when we were sitting on the 1st floor in the lobby, I asked to turn off the TV (the huge screen in front of us) but was faced with the fact that instead of turning off the screen, I had to explain why. Workers sat on their phones on sofas and did not even watch the news. There were no other people there. There are many screens, the news is constantly on there (we have been in this hotel for the fifth night at the time of writing this review), sometimes without sound. Why? There are TVs in every room. Turn on something pleasant and relaxing in the lobby: music, light movies, the series "Friends", something like that.

I really liked the location + the price. Everything was clean. Free tea and coffee. Nice modern design of rooms and lobby. Water was still in the room this time.

There are not many options for food locally if you check in late -- though that is outside the hotel's control. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The optional breakfast was very good (albeit a little pricey at €15). The location is good (albeit outside the town centre), and within walking distance of the tram and S-bahn train station.

When we arrived to the room smelled super bad, later we discovered that it came from the shower, we left the fan on the full time to not have the smell in the rest of the facility.

Staff was kind and helpful, the room was big enough for 2 people as the bathroom, quiet and nice Hotel.

There was a strange noise coming from the bathroom air extractor. And even when there is a sustainability policy, they took the clean (hanging towels) and replaced them.

I liked the coziness of the rooms, the beds and that they offer hot water for tea 24/7.

No electric kettle or coffee in room No reception after 22:30 Air con was broken and stuck at 22 degrees , so after 22:00 no reception (it said 22:30) and noone to call…so we had a cold night
