Very standard rooms, simple and functional. Beds are quite comfortable Staffs were all very helpful, they even let us in earlier than the stated check in time since the rooms are already available, and were more than happy to aid us in the check in process

We arrived outside of the hours for check-in and were still able to reach someone to help us check in. We booked a family room and it said that they had us in a twin room. We were indeed in a family room and the person who greeted us confirmed that...thank you so much for this! The family room was big enough for three of us who were attending a concert at Zenith. 20 minutes walk from Zenith and right above a McDonald's. Perfect for this! I would not stay here if not for this reason as it is too far out of the city (in my opinion). With that said, every time I go to Zenith I will be staying there! Hotel is clean, easy to find, great staff , everything you need for a night.

The room did not represent the photos that accompanied the listing, it was stated as for three adults plus 1 child, we were only three adults but a double bed was listed as two singles, or at least it wasn't clear, the room was very small in size for three adults two adults slept in bunk beds and one adult on the "double bed" that appeared as two singles in the photo on the listing, check in was ok, but again indications not particularly clear, we received a code to enter the premises which worked fine ( inrto the basement car park ) from there we made our way to the lift for the reception, greeted by the automatic check in screens we entered the booking number and name several times but nothing showed up, at which point i decided to try the lift and the access code directly for the room, which worked fine.

Location was perfect for what was required, clean premises.

If with kids, can be a bit cramp in the room

Easy to get to the subway (ubahn) and also has a bustop in front. Has convenient store and McDonald's nearby which are covenient to have.

no fridge, cleanliness was lacking, toilet flush was kinda broken sometimes the water would just keep running for hours until you mess with the buttons then it stops again? a bigger trash bin would have been nice too, but no biggie.

Staff were only contactable during certain hours of the day. We met someone who was unable to check in with the code. He had to wait about an hour till the desk was staffed again to get it sorted. This is not ideal at all as this was during check-in time (after 3pm) between 3-4pm.

Comfy bed. We personally had minimal hassle with the self-check-in.

Rooms were small so a little tight if you had. A lot of luggage. No eating options close by, you had to get on the UBahn. The room was expensive but it was Oktoberfest so that’s probably why.

Clean, 24 hour reception, keyless entry. Plus the hold your bags for free. Rooms were small but adequate. Short walk to the uBahn so really handy. MacDonald’s downstairs for the morning coffee as well as a service station

It was Octoberfest, although I was there for football. The price was almost triple what I expected to pay
