More easily accessible power outlets near bed for charging devices. everything else was great.

Great location close but not too close to the crowded areas of this beautiful city. Room was large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was not soundproof and we could hear our neighbors from time to time. The shower floor was slippery. We couldn't find the entrance to the hotel's parking garage. My wife went into the hotel and the receptionist came outside and explained how we'd have to go around a large block to get to the back of the building. We finally found it.

This is a very pretty hotel with a gorgeous big stained glass window in the dining room. The staff was friendly. It was an easy walk to the old town area. Our room, #311, was large and had a view of a park. The kingsize bed was very comfortable.

The Breakfast buffet available for Eu12 seemed a bit skimpy on quantities and quantity of food available. The breakfast room was, however, very elegant with white tablecloths and nice china. This is the only reason I didn’t give this 4 Star hotel a perfect “10.”

The facilities were in an older but completely renovated historic building in the Old Town district, and a short stroll from the Obst Markt and river Regnitz, which flows through the town. Convenient location rates a 10. There are several wonderful sights to see with little effort, especially the Altes Rathaus sitting on it’s own island in the river

Since it has been the most expensive option - which is fine, the staff wasn't really welcoming and not really open to share information and / or trying to answer the questions we did have.

It is a very traditional hotel - the location is in the heart of Bamberg

great location with underground garage which is a plus. Great service. bathrooms are small with equally small shower stalls. No t recommended for taller and bigger people. Twin bed mattresses pushed together as king slide along headboard.

The pillows are quite flat for my liking so I usually stack two.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and enjoy it. The staff is accommodating, polite and professional. Each room has a different character but all are good. Great breakfast spread and other snacks are in the lobby. I'm always comfortable at this hotel.

The over night stay was expensive.

We did not have breakfast. As it was in the cafe/restaurant next to the hotel we had a drink there I found it not to be clean and the prices for breakfast we’re very expensive, we got sandwiches to go from a baker round the corner , they were excellent.

Breakfast room was very chilly and items had to be paid for individually. Hardly anyone took the opportunity.

The room was great but the bed was very uncomfortable 😐 The King bed were 2 pieces but they were on wheels that moves. Removing the wheels may make it a lot more stable.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all major attractions. The staff was awesome, we were offered a glass of Champagne on arrival👌

We were surprised that there was no air conditioning for a 4 star hotel, though of course we know it is an historic building. We were also confused that they didn’t serve a 4 star breakfast, though we also knew this at booking—it was the only property available at the time. Our room overlooked the bar/playground, which didn’t bother us, but May be considered noisy for some guests.

Location was excellent! And for parents and dog owners, it was perfect—right by a playground and a green space. We enjoyed the adjoining bar/restaurant and parking was convenient. We appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly.

Soft mattress, shower in bath without non slip shower mat dangerous for us old people! No bathrobes. Being charged extra for air conditioning and €25 for parking.

Excellent location, beautiful architecture and furnishings. Lovely views across the city. Large room with air conditioning for which I was charged extra!! Secure underground parking.

Having to pay for each little additional item at breakfast. A single fee showing inclusions/exclusions would be better. The lift was very small and slow so don't have lots of luggage and don't be in a hurry.

Very stylish historical building with the creaking floors and large staircases. Rooms were spacious and location was perfect for visiting the historical parts of the city.
