Amount of parking spaces is way less than the guests and we got "we're full, look on the streets". This shouldn't be advertised as "parking available". Parking at the hotel itself is for additional cost! In general the price is too high... Wi-Fi seems to be good, but during login it mentioned "12 hours", not sure how does it work. But was fine for one night anyway. No soft-close toilet lid "Soft close" entrance door is not really convenient Maybe more diversity for breakfast would be great... Check-in is only until 20:00...

Relatively easy to park for free on the streets around Delicious breakfast: eggs, bread, cheeses/hams, croissants and a few desserts, tasty "overnight oats". Also pieces of fruits. I haven't seen a toaster though, but there were jams and Nutella, so I believe I just missed it. Friendly staff, speaking perfect English Walking distance to Saturn Arena, good if you're travelling for a concert (like we did). Also just 20-30 min walking to the heart of the old town center. Comfy room, very quiet area, we had a great sleep

The parking is right at the entrance, the rooms are very large and confortable. The hotel is very clean and nice decorated all over inside and outside. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good, diversified for all expectations. Overall a good and elegant choice for this price of 3 star when looking for visiting Ingolstadt and Audi Museum.

No lift to top floor, so need to lift heavy suitcases up the flight of stairs. An increase in variety of food available at breakfast would be good.

Overall near perfection, attention to details, excellent quality materials used. Two differently colored sets of towels (his/hers). Soft-close door to corridor.

There is no elevator.

Breakfast was great, room was on the roof floor and the sunroof was amazing. The room was clean and the towels are extra nice.

The Hotel Staff gave a Room at 3th Floor. The Room is very good, but the Facility haven't any elevator. This is necessary for comfort.

Public transport bus service is only every 30 minutes near the hotel, 10 min walk and you get an extensive bus connection to most destinations & Main Z.O.B bus terminal plus 3 mins bus ride to Ingolstadt Central Station. Early check out needs to be clearer ( no staff at reception on a Sunday when I left at 6am) but safe secure box on wall outside front door where you can leave keys with a pin code

our room only had a skylight for ventilation and was on the top floor it was too hot, needed air con or a fan.

Breakfast with a variety of choices, including some vegan options (soy milk, vegan spreads). Location was convenient for us since we were visiting friends nearby. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to the town center so it's fine, but not a very central location. Hotel is clean, quiet, at bit "soulless" but confortable.

Near the highways yet in a quiet city area, the place allows to be near City center and also business partners. I discovered it by accident and now always look forward to coming back. The rooms are modern, well equipped with facilities such as numerous power supplies for working from the room, good heating, good seats, great carpets and a fresh yet decent room decoration. The service is great, professional, again decent and giving the visitor the impression he can focus on his stay and feeling welcomed. Thank you!
