The fact that dog presence was confirmed via booking without any additional conditions, but when we arrived, turned out that the dog has to be maximum knee high.

The beda were too soft and worn down in the middle. There was only one slippers in the room. The mirror was tilted toward the window and it was not secured, so we were afraid to move the curtain. The table was placed on one of the curtains and we could not move it.

It had everything I needed for the stay: bed, clean bathroom, heating.

Room was hot as hell. There was only poor movable air conditioner which was only a fan not cooler and really noisy one. You have to keep window open to cool down even a little bit which means a lot of noise from the high way next to hotel. Breakfast was over priced with only egg products as hot dishes.

Location was quite nice.

First, when I arrived in the room, I noticed the bad smell. It was from the bathroom. ok, people could say that it's from the chemicals to clean the bathroom, but was bad. Then, when I lay down on the bed, one side of the mattress sank. I could "repair it". The last 3 slatted frames from the bed was loose. When I was rising the mattress I saw some holes in the bed sheet.

The location was excellent. I stayed 3 days in Berlin and in the hotel only to sleep, so I didn't stay so much time there, so it was ok for the price that we payed.

Standard length beds, which are too short for me. Tiny shower cabin. Breakfast was expensive (15€) - it's better to walk to main street of the district and you'll find at least a couple of coffee shops were you can get similar breakfast for less (10€).

If I remember correctly, the place does not list it has a parking space, which was free of charge. This was a pleasant surprise. The bus stop is just around the corner.

I had a room on the front of the hotel and I think unfortunately I experienced a lot of noise outside especially in the early hours of the morning. I think there was a car delivery at the dealership next to the hotel and some other deliveries for other businesses close by. I was so tired that although disturbed by the noise, I managed to get back to sleep, as a result I did not ask for a room change or make a complaint.

I have stayed at this hotel in Berlin on a few occasions, so know the facilities and offering very well. I stay here because it is close to excellent transport links. It is easy to get into central Berlin and further out of the city from here. The bedroom, shower and facilities are all good, Since my last stay here last October they now have a water heater in the breakfast room which means I could make tea which I prefer at breakfast. The breakfast is overall good..

There was no ac in the room, only one fan. One of the beds in the room was broken. Location is okay but not many restaurants or cafes immediately close by.

During our stay there was a +30 degrees in Belin and there was very hot in the room. There is no air conditioning. Fan was available, but it helps only a little bit. We use to open windows at night to get fresh air and to decrease the temperature in room. Our windows was on the highway side, so there was a little bit noisy with open windows. Our opinion is that the price was too high (other few days we was in the 4* hotel in Kurfürstendamm region with breakfast for the same daily price).

In overall our stay was good. We like the location, short walk to the U6 metro station. We satisfied with the room and bathroom size. Bed was good, but the mattress a little bit "tired". There is a Rewe shop near the hotel.

Comfortable. Reasonable. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Tira even made me a tea tray, so I didn't miss my morning routine to wake up. Location was perfect for event I was attending and local transport very easy.

There was no kettle in rooms. Which we missed very much especially on a morning . But It wasn't a big issue.
